Little Caesars in Bartow does make good pizza, but staffing has been always an issue. The location is not the best and waiting is the issue. Yes should have ordered ahead but felt 10min wait was reasonable but it ended up 30min. The crazy puffs are good but I recommend getting some sauce to go with them.

I ordered the extra most bestest pepperoni pizza. The lobby wasn't that crowded and the pizzas where coming out decent speed. Was told it's only take 15 minutes, I waited closer to 40 minutes. Never again.The pizza itself was very tasty.

Waited over 40 minutes for my food, never was told there would be a wait when placing my order, Workers acted careless about customers waiting in the store. Once orders were taken they vanished to the back, while one worked cutting the pizzas and boxing.

Y'all need to make sure your customers know where your line is. Not all customers standing in line are comfortable on their feet as it is. You can't just look at someone and tell if they are sick or not. But I was standing in the line in pain holding the wall and holding my stomach in discomfort. Made it to the cashier and the cashier allowed someone to cut in front of me that was standing off in the distance not in line. Get some organization it ain't easy for everyone

Great customer service and great pizza, i've seen this kids hussle when making the pizza when there is only 2 workers in there and cx start pouring in but they still do there thing. I know there are ppl who want a super quick in and out service but for me, it is fast enough and i'll take great cx service over anything
