I am Korean. I order delivery to Korea from mikescigars.It came with good quality in the previous few deliveries. Due to the recent UPS shipping mistake, it was mis-delivered to Canada, not to Oregon, but Mike Shiga handled it well and sent it back to me as an express delivery option.
