“Had dinner here one night and drinks on another night. Food was tasty enough but the portion for the ceviche was laughable and served with 4 chips? Their espresso martini with rum was interesting but not worth the hype. Drinks on the 2nd night were well prepared. Service was okay but did not blow me away. Overall an okay place for business trip, I would feel a little less pleased with value if I brought my family.“

“The Turkish Sea Bass was excellent. Great recommendation from our server Zach. My wife loved her chicken saute as well. Zach was very attentive and we never had to look for him or ask someone to go get him. If you order the Sea Bass, forget your fork, dig in with your fingers. You'll need to sort through some bones too, but it was worth it.“

“Popped in here with a large (25+) party of hangry and parched franchisers just released from a long day working the huge Expo nearby. We got a few appetizers per table and with a party this size, I was lucky to get a fry and a shrimp, but both were delicious, We got the seafood tower, a pizza and a sampler that had fries. Portions were smaller than resteraunts like this one in NJ, but typical of NYC. And the server did their best to keep the drinks coming, no small task for a party that took 2 full outdoor tables to seat, plus extra stools. Thanks for accommodating. Atmosphere was popping ? from the busy street past the fenced off outdoor seating area, giving the feeling of being in an elite space where one is "seen" as people walk by. Very cool space!“

“We have been coming to Chuy’s for more than 10 years and last night was mo different except we had the pleasure of meeting a server by the name of Warren. We brought our next door neighbor for their first time. Granted we came 30 min from closing (horrible guests right?), and with 3 little guests, you think we would be in and out by any typical server. NOPE! Warren treated us like they just opened, best personality ever, fantastic service, above and beyond through the entire experience. We can’t say enough great things about last night. We will go back again, but now we will have a server request each and every time!! We recommend this restaurant to anyone. Will there be a wait, most likely, is it worth it, yes!! “We love Bahama Breeze during our visits to Orlando. This visit we went to the same one twice during our 2 week vacation. They only got a 4 star for service as it was so variable across the 2 days. Saying that, the service was still attentive when server not busy elsewhere.Food as always was quick to the table and absolutely fabulous to me. Not sure of its authenticity to real Caribbean meals but I don’t care, it’s real good.We tried a couple of cocktails, the flight (variations on same cocktail) and the Cloud Nine. We kept going back to the Cloud Nine. Just enough juice flavours to not overpower the alcohol and set off with mango balls on top…ace“

“Might be the best atmosphere on Disney property. The Sangria flight was fun, but the Corn dip is what I'll be returning for. We also had the Shrimp Poke bowl and it was incredibly fresh, refreshing, and a huge portion. The fried chicken bao buns were very enjoyable too, but not quite the star of the show.This was a wonderful experience and is an excellent date night spot.“

“This bar is located at the main pool at Saratoga Springs. We stopped to grab a drink on the way back to our room since this location has way more options than the Backstretch Bar. The drinks are well made and you can change out any liquor in a signature drink to one you prefer. That along with the discount when ordering a double makes this a must stop at Saratoga.“

“My family and I started our trip with a reservation from 7/2/23-7/8/23 at a different Orlando Disney Good Neighbor hotel. After a long 20 hour drive from Houston to Orlando with 2 5-year olds in the car, we finally arrived to our initial hotel at 1am. Upon checking in and going up to our rooms, we were shocked and disgusted to find a full, bloody, bug on the sheets of one of our beds. As an RN, all my fellow healthcare providers can relate to me when I say the panic about this bug being a bed bug was REAL. The initial hotel manager was not at all shocked when I reported this to them. They were not at all accommodating or helpful in trying to reach some sort of resolution in regard to finding alternative lodging options for us at least just for this initial evening of our trip. After speaking with Marriott Bonvoy loyalty, we were instructed to go to TownePlace Suites by Marriott at Flamingo Crossings. Despite it being 3:30 AM at this point, the second we stepped foot into the lobby, we were immediately welcomed and reassured that our concerns would be resolved in due time. Our girls fell in love with this hotel, as did my husband, sister, mother and I. The staff at TownePlace Suites were above and beyond to ensure we knew that how we were treated at the initial hotel, is not at all the Marriott way. There are three truly stand-out employees at TownePlace Suites who I would like to give an honorable mention to. Hannah, Emily and Haley ensured that our park time In the Disney parks was not at all interrupted by dealing with this hotel debacle. Even though it was a busy, holiday week, they prioritized customer service and never once made us feel like we were a burden to them. My husband, daughter and I will be traveling to Orlando every 4-6 months for medical appointments for our daughter, and thanks to the customer case we received from Hannah, Emily and Haley, we will be staying at TownePlace Suites at Flamingo Crossings each and every time we visit Orlando moving forward. “We booked this hotel going to try out another Hyatt Regency, as we just stayed in one in Long Beach, CA. Was worried it would not match, but it actually it exceeded my expectation! We started by being greeted by the Lobby Ambassador named Merlot, a beautiful scarlet macaw that loves to say “Hello” and then went to checkin and asked for an early checkin and received our room right away. We went up beautiful glass elevators that views the enclosed atrium lobby with high-rise windows all the way to top floor. Got to our room on the 6th floor with a pool view, and it was beautiful. There looks to be a lagoon with a beach setup right past pool. We had a few thundershowers roll by but opened up just enough to watch the fireworks from both Epcot and Magic Kingdom. We decided to eat in, since we had a long trip from Arizona and ordered from the Lakehouse and we had some yummy food with burgers, wedge salad, and pizza. In the morning, preparing to go to Magic Kingdom we went to the Lake House with the beautiful décor and decided on the breakfast buffet and it looks like a cruise ship! All the foods you can think of with a chef on hand to make the omelets, eggs, etc. We decided to use the bus transportation from Hyatt over to Magic Kingdom and left at 10:30 AM and had no problems, loved the bus driver and when we wanted to return at 8:30 PM no problem, we knew to go to C-16 for pick up. It is about a 22-minute drive, but to be included, really helps! We stayed one more night and got so much sleep and the showers were just the best! We actually used the soaps and lotions, they were that good! Hotel staff says hello everywhere you go, it was just the best trip! We intend to go back when we come back out next year.“
