We are Annual Passholders. We finally made stop here because there was a small line. Usually it's a double wrap around. The gelato was great. The price were moderate for Disney World. A definite must stop at

Not italian gelato, but pure sugar. If they were to open such a store in Italy the goverment would close it. Disgraceful.

This is the worst experience I've had at Disney. I waited a very long time in a short line to order. After ordering, I noticed at least 2 groups receive their food who were in line after me. I went to the pickup window to ask about my order and the server grabbed my receipt, shoved it back at me, then went to make my order. When she brought it to the counter (and this was an entirely wordless interaction), I took it but noticed that it wasn't made with the right toppings. I took it back and asked about the chocolate shavings and cookies that were supposed to be on top. This was a $13 dessert so I wanted the right thing! Two of the servers came to the window. One said they were out of the chocolate. I asked about the cookies and got a blank stare, so I looked into the stand told them that I can see the cookies right there. She said, you want cookies? Then went to the jar and grabbed several with her bare hands. Some spilled into the prep table and she wiped them into a cup, which she then brought to the pick up window and slammed down. At this point I was over the rudeness and asked for their names. One server said with a smirk "you want to file a complaint? " I said yes I do. The second server blew a giant kiss at me, turned her back and left. My next move was to head right to guest services to report this. The whole trip had been filled with such kindness and these two inept and rude young ladies derailed the magic.

So as far as the food itself, its very mid. Not bad. Not the best. Disneyworld food, cant expect too much. BUT!!! The line for the food took 40 minutes. I thought maybe ppl were just ordering a lot or there wasnt enough workers, but nope! They were just yelling stuff and being what seemed really inefficient. To top it off, all I did was order a gelato with two flavors. I asked if it was both, because it all looked like the same color, to which the server replied, yes. Nope!!!! I got vanilla and more vanilla. No cherry. Coool... thanks for the massive waste of time in a park where minutes matter. Disney magic?

I think this place has been subjected to "shrinkflation." because I went there tonight and was I received was not what I see in other people's previous pictures. I ordered the 2 scoops in a cup and it was so small I thought that they accidentally made me a kids size. Nope, it was $9 for a very tiny cup. Maybe 4 bites in 2 small scoops. This was my first and last visit to the Gelateria.

A desert destination at Disney Springs in Orlando Florida. Instead of a heavy and expensive desert at a restaurant, we chose Gelato, reasonably priced and we were given many choices. There seemed to be adequate seating around the venue. Of course there is live music adding to a great experience.

Went twice. 2 different days at 2 different times to try and get a Monella once the soda machine was broken the other they were out. Only place in Disney this happened even once. :(

This is my first 1-star review ever. The ice cream (it's not a gelato, believe me) isn't tasty and has tones of sugar. Just run.

This was one of the destinations as part of my "drink around the world" adventure at Epcot where I got one drink from each country in the park.Gelateria Toscana is located in the Italy section of the park. The store mainly sells gelato, sorbet, and pastries but they also have some drinks.I got the Italian margarita ($12) which was a blended drink mixed with limoncello and tequila. It was slightly sweet but not too sweet which was right up my alley. It is a blended frozen drink and great for a warm day.

If there is one food booth you must try at Epcot, it would be this one. The ice cream was so delicious and creamy. It literally melts in your mouth and it's just the perfect amount of sweetness. You won't regret it. Service was a tad slow just because there was a lot of people in line but that's a given.

15 minutes before the store is supposed to close the girl told my 8 year old that they were closed and not letting anyone else in line. Not what I expect when I shell out the money for a Disney vacation. I have an eight year old that will contest that it is not the happiest place on earth.
