“I’m in love. This is already on my list of go-to places in Central Florida. There is so much to love about Haan Coffee: from the ultra-trendy setup, to the Uber-friendly staff (I’ve met Albert, Coby, Gabriella, Hong, Josh, Kenny, Semie, and Victoria and they are all so helpful and kind), to the bright lighting, to the hip decor, to the sweet swag, this place oozes cool vibes. Of course, the food and drinks are what keep me coming back. I’ve tried several of their drinks and my favorites (five-way tie for first place) are the cold crew crème top, SJ latte, Seoul iced Coffee, strawberry milk, and the iced yuja. There’s one made with tonic that I thought was very interesting that my friends said was their fave. Food-wise, I loved the sweet and salty garlic butter bread and the croiffles. So good. I get happy thoughts thinking about them. If I didn’t live 30 minutes away, I’d be there every day. I’m so glad for the addition of Haan to the amazing coffeehouses in the City Beautiful!“

“Will forever support and stand up for this place. If there's one fan for Matcha Maiko that'll be my girlfriend. If there's none, she's dead. My girlfriend LOVES matcha and she consistently drags me her so she can try everything on the menu everytime we stop by the place on mills. Been here more than 20 times, from their soft serve to their lattes and onto their floats and frappes. Everything is amazing and quality made. Plenty of seating but can get pretty packed, capacity could be like around 20 people who can get available seating.“

I even called the day before to ensure my order would be ready at that time since they do not open until 7am. I spoke with a person who stated they were in charge of all orders and would move my order to be a priority so it will be ready at that time. There was no specification on where to pick it up on my receipt so I attempted to go through the front door which was locked. This did not surprise me since they did not open until 7am.What surprised me was the workers and baker/pastry chef in the front ignoring me at the door. I knocked and workers just passed by. Without even trying to see why I was there. They did not have any headphones in so I knew not only could they see me but they could hear me as well. After continuously knocking a worker finally opened the door, to which I showed my receipt for my pick up order. After a few more minutes they were able to locate my order but gave no apologies for the miscommunication.6:30am was a time available on the website that worked for me when placing the order. If no one is going to adhere to that, simply remove it as an option.I am aware there is a possibility the workers were not aware of an order being picked up that early, but it is something that needs to be communicated to the staff so the order can be ready at the time inputted. I plan on ordering more cakes in the future, but I hope a procedure is put in place instead of just ignoring a pick up order until continuous knocks are recognized by visible passing workers.“
