We shopped around Walmart and wanted to grab Subway on our way out. Saw two employees run to the backroom and then another coming back from break grab a drink and then run to the back to. Ignored us like they were closed. Had the toppings completely shut down, not a soul in there probably because y'all have horrible reviews. We probably would've gotten sick from eating here. I'm sure you have a bunch of childish, mindless morons working here. Oh well, we'll go to the one in Inverness. I'm sure you won't be in business for much longer running like this. I got 2 bacon egg and cheese flatbreads.lwhen I arrived home after picking them up they were missing bacon and eggs, I filed a ticket and they haven't gotten back to me even though it has been weeks. I don't recommend at all. ☹️

Complete garbage. The meatball sandwich was terrible. They are half the size they used to be and tasted like sawdust. Service was terrible they ignore you as if you're not there. I think the owners either need to spend time or get retrained. And if there on the premises they're to embarrass to take accountability. I owned one of these stores and wouldn't allow this kind of behavior. Very dirty.

I'm with DoorDash and another Dasher and I had to wait over an hour for our deliveries. I ended up getting my delivery from the restaurant around 6:10pm The worker here was to the side joking around with his friends that came in. Another one of his coworkers came out to help him but the same guy continued to hang out. I'm the one being timed for this. I appreciate his coworker but the 1 guy made the experience worse so 1 star.

This place is poorly managed. They were out of cheese, the soda machine was broken and they had no coke products. They blamed the storm that didn't hit Lecanto three weeks ago.

My wife and I attend this subway at least once a week .I want to say this it a special place for usThe staff is as perfect as they get .Very friendly and the manager is so great I just love her I hope all the subways can learn from this one .Please let her know how much we love her. ? I can not find the number to the franchise owner of this location or I would call!! But Chad & Chandler today at 11:30am is (who Chandler, was very new) were absolutely the greatest examples of phenomenal customer service that I've ever experienced!! We had 6 subs total.. spare of the moment decision. They were very polite & helpful. I and my partner had to call to get orders from a few ppl and they were very patient & understanding. Chandler was new and had to ask a few questions but will be a very huge asset to this company. Had a misunderstanding at check out but Chad fixed it right away and didn't bat an eye!!
