It was really good pizza. Everything tasted fantastic and the service was pretty good. Didn't get anything wrong. We came for dinner but if you can make it for lunch, the lunch buffet is fantastic.

Prices were high and food was terrible. They had one waitress staffed during lunch rush, and no clean tables. I ordered a Pepsi and was given what tasted like Pepsi and root beer mixed together. Terrible experience and not worth the 14 dollars per person.

The service sucked had to go find the girl that was supposed to be waiting on us every time we needed something and there wasn't but my family and one others in here at the time we was there.. She let us order what we wanted knowing they was out of things then would come back 30 mins later to tell us they was out to choose something else messed up one of our pizzas then tried yo make us take their mess up instead of making it right. My kids even had to take forks off of another table for us because it was not provided for us... This place really needs a change of people working in it. My family will not be back to spend none of our money with these people.

We waited a very long time for our pizza. Everyone in the dining room was served long before us, most had ordered after us. Finally, a employee brought a pizza and said this must be yours. It was completely cold and terribly overcooked. We were never given silverware and we had to ask for plates. I had to insist that they make us another pizza. There was no reason for all of this. The first pizza obviously sat there and no one bothered to check on it, much less make sure it was served to us. The service was terrible. We were very disappointed with this restaurant

It was Saturday evening January 21st at 9:40 and the family had not had dinner yet and the Cupboard was looking pretty bare. The week had all but dragged us down . The Power company dropped the ball and our power was shut off Wednesday the 17th the afternoon and stayed off all through the night until I called Thursday morning . There were some items in the fridge that were questionable and I had not been to the grocery store to reup. Still trying to thaw out from the cold night . I made the quick decision to try to order take out from Pizza Hut . I hadn’t ordered in a While and did so before I left my house. We are 10 miles south of Blountstown . I called to make sure Pisa’s hut was still open and my call was taken and my order was taken . I was getting my info from the web and noticed in the web site and openLight was lit up and the closing light was lit up and read 1130 . I ask the guy taking my order to take their time as it’s a 20 min drive and he told me it be ready in 15 minutes . I said ok and we left for the restaurant . When I got there I was quickly greeted by a kind gentleman at the drive up window he said stating that he didn’t have an order. There was no order in the computer . I was quite confused and questioned him again. I had even gotten the price of my order $30 and some change . I looked at my watch and the time was 10.02 he says there was no order….well I ask lets just reorder it . He then again said there was no order and they closed at 10 . I politely said the web site showed a green open light and the open time light till 1130 . He acted like he didn’t know anything about that . He offered no more solution but to just say sorry and then shut his window. Wow what a week it has been . We drove to the Texaco and to get some chips and junk food and headed back home . Tired , hungry still and disappointed . So where do we go from here . I’m out of $12.00 in gas to go there , my time was zapped . I stillHad to cook something when I got back home. Negative win x 3 for me . So please explain to me how this ball got dropped by both corporate and local Pizza Hut . And the looser being little ole me still … which I see no wrong doing on my part. I followed all protocol to pick up a fresh pizza only to come hone saddened ,empty handed and hungry.. if you could have seen the look On my max’s face he loves pepperoni pizza better than and human he’s my cream standard poodle .he usually is first in line and gets the first piece. He thinks I was pulling his tail . Sorry Max no pizza dude ….. ?
