If you're looking for a hotpot location that will give you bang for your buck this is the location. They have a large variety for hotpot and bbq. The servers are kind and attentive. If you're a first timer, they will explain everything and help you with choosing the best option that fits your taste in broth. The owner is hilarious and very welcoming to all guests that come in. There's indoor, outdoor seating, and large tables for bigger parties.Vegetarian options: Large vegetarian option for bbq, toppings, and broth.Parking: Large parking lot. We came there for my daughters 14th birthday! She really wanted hot pot. We got the hot pot and Korean barbecue dinner. The food is amazing! There are so many options in regard to veggies, proteins, noodles, etc. The service is on point and it seems like they genuinely care that you’re having a great time. I am so glad we made the last minute decision to come here. We will be back again often!

My friend just took me here last night, I’ve been to many hot-pots, especially in the NYC area, this one is top-tier. Very good quality and exceptional value. Meats were fresh, as was the seafood and fish. Will definitely be back when I’m in Boca. You can spend this much on an appetizer at some snazzy restaurant downtown, you won’t be nearly as satisfied.

Hot pot was great. They have loads of extra items to add in like noodles, fresh produce, and shellfish that is included in the price. The korean BBQ was okay, but I would definitely recommend the hot pot.

The service attitude of the yellow-haired woman was very poor. The food was very unhygienic. There were flying insects in the middle of the fish fillets, which she said were flying in from the outside. It was obvious that they were visible when I opened them. She was still stubborn with me. The service attitude was very bad. I made an argument. It took me a long time to get free of charge for drinks. Chinese people who come to the United States to study should pay attention⚠️❗️. Not all restaurants where tipping is required have good service attitude, and it is not that American restaurants pay more attention to the diners’ experience. Please pay attention.The service attitude of that woman with yellow hair is very poor, the food is very unhygienic, and the flying insects in the middle of the fish fillets are said to have flown in from outside. They are even stubborn with me, and the service attitude is very bad. They argued for a long time before waiving some drink money. Chinese students studying in the United States should pay attention ⚠️❗ Not all restaurants that pay tips have a good service attitude, nor are American restaurants more focused on customer experience. Please be aware of this

Having stayed at the Boca Hilton for the past few weeks on business, and getting sick off the Fish house next door, I was really wanting to try the Hot Pot across the pond. We love Hot Pot, (and Korean BBQ) and have eaten at many throughout the country.When approached by the owner after my meal he asked me how it was. The food was top notch, but the service was unintentive. He appeared to have some interior motivation as to why I was saying this. Then he became quite rude. Honestly I only saw my waiters 2 times. Luckily I know about how to do Hot Pot, but my broth needed adjusting.What makes this all hard to swallow, and resulted in this somewhat negative review, was the owners actions when asked for my observations.It's doubtful his real name is "Monster" but it's cost him my future business. I had planned on taking my wife here on our next cruise out of Ft.Lauderdale.I will publish this review and others.MONSTER ???

The food overall is actually good but the service has gotten worse. I was auto gratuity 18%. The servers did really bare minimum work, which is normally fine but this time it was really bad. We had to ask for a spoon for the hot pot twice maybe because they forgot. And they never refilled waters. The experience was ruined also because the breaker kept tripping for the burner, so the burners turned off. When we hear this happened three times and it took about five minutes for them to simply flip it back on. Five minutes each time. I'm not kidding, I timed it. A lot of the food got cold by then. They don't really come back for a "second round" until after a long time.The worst part of the experience was after they brought out the check the lady stood by my pointing where to sign.I know where to sign.She wanted us out and stated others are waiting. Rude. She waited by me until I signed before she left. Really rude, even for an Asian place where I expect lower customer service. I would probably avoid this place overall from now on. Since the service is below bare and they include the tip.

818 was recommended to us by a friend. We had hot pot and bbq, it was $38-ish. I love hot pot style where you get your own pot versus one pot to share with everyone. BBQ was awesome, lots to choose from. They also have a buffet style set up where you’ll get vegetables to add to your hotpot. I would have given this a 5 star if it wasn’t for the service. We were seated and the server did not explained the process, he was very impatient, it wasn’t busy so unsure what’s going on. He didn’t check with our table until we were ready to pay. The rest of the time, we asked someone else for more water, food, etc.
