The steak was inedible: tough and stringy. The flavor of Korean noodle bowl very bland. 3 other members of the party ordered burgers which they said were mediocre at best. Only item that was okay was the pizza. 2 people with food allergies were served allergens in their food after telling the server about the allergy. In one case we were told there was no sesame seeds on an item (the noodle bowl) and it arrived with sesame seeds. Another asked for no bun due to gluten allergy and burger was served with bun. Service was poor. Server did not return after orders were made until after the meals were cleared for dessert orders, so food runners had to deal with the mistakes and did so begrudgingly. There was never an apology for mistakes, nor was water or drinks refilled (not even after she returned for dessert and coffee orders). Most of the staff seemed to not want to be there. This despite the restaurant being relatively empty. Very disappointing experience, our party of 6 literally went elsewhere after paying as two people's meals were inedible. An apology would have gone a long way towards us being willing to see if this was just an off day, though to be fair we didn't make a big deal of any of it. Still, it should have been obvious since two meals were untouched and two had to be remade due to mistakes with allergens.

We love dining at True Food Kitchen. There is a wide variety of healthy selections and every one that we've had we've enjoyed. It's consistently high quality and delicious. The team is always friendly and professional. Very well-run. It's our go-to place when we want great food. We highly recommend True Food Kitchen.

Thought the food was just ok. I ordered a panini with chicken and cheese. Not too much taste. Others felt that their meals were just ok. One person ordered a bowl and liked it. No one would go back. Our server, Josh, was very good.

I am a big fan of the True Food franchise. This was my first visit to the Boca Raton Town Center location. The food and service both are terrific. Be prepared for a definite “mall vibe” because many patrons are seated facing the interior of the mall exit area—which is not especially attractive. The patrons seated facing into the restaurant see a cool wall with plants etc.—so in my case—my guest was looking at the plant wall and I was looking at shoppers exiting the mall lol. The night we were there it was pretty noisy in an “echo” type way. At times I felt I had to shout across the table to my friend—or to the waiter. This may be due to the high ceiling. I will definitely return. We each had wine and a grain bowl with protein. Delicious.

Everything was super delicious, not noisy which is so great when you want to have a conversation, spacious - everybody's not right on top of each other and it was just very enjoyable. I have only been there a handful of times, but every time I'm there it's always lovely and delicious.

The food was very good. My wife and I both had the chopped salad (she had the squash soup as well). I had chicken in mine, but my wife's was sans protein. The only criticism was that the chicken in mine was a bit dry. We were joined by our granddaughter who enjoyed her garden salad (she is vegan). The waitress was attentive and the ambiance was fine. The weather cooperated as we had outdoor seating.

We love TFK! Most of the time I get the teriyaki bowl and I love it. This time there was hardly any chicken in it! My friend had a salad with chicken and it was so dry and tough. I feel like there are inconsistency issues. Every time I get my favorite thing it is a little different. Other than that I frequent here and usually love it.

We shared edamame dumplings and all ordered the spaghetti squash casserole. The dumplings were tasty, but were lukewarm and very few of them for the price. I didn't like anything about the casserole, although my sister and niece enjoyed theirs. I've made spaghetti squash and it's soft, not crunchy like it was in this dish. Also, the tomato sauce overpowered the dish and the cheese was thick and difficult to chew. Won't order that again. Would like to see one or two other low calorie dishes on the menu.

Food is always healthy and good. Never had a bad meal with anything we have ordered. Staff is always very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. My only takeaway is the service is slow. Part of that is the kitchen making the dishes. I don't think anything is ever premade. The other part might be short staffed? Please give them a try, you will enjoy the food. Just don't expect to be in and out quickly.

This was the 2nd time I ate ate true food. I after my first experience where the food and service was superb I was excited to go back. My husband's soup came lukewarm, the waitress bought our hamburgers all with regular buns. I have celiacs and asked for a gluten free bun. The waitress was very apologetic and didn't hear that. It was very loud in the restaurant so that is a possibility. They remade my meal and brought it back with cold potatoes instead of switching them out or reheating them while they remade the hamburger. Sadly, it was not a great dinner. I appreciate healthy restaurants that are aware of the benefits of good, wholesome food. I'll certainly try again but will be more aware to be very specific.

This was our first time here. After I made a lunch reservation for our party of 10, True Food Kitchen emailed me a nice coupon, "buy one entree, get one free." Awesome! We all planned to use the coupon to save a little on our lunches. Upon presenting it, our server said absolutely not, it's limited to one code per table (not what the coupon says) so he'd only let one person use it. He wouldn't budge or let me speak to the manager. Fine. He embarrassed me in front of my friends. Moving on, the food and service was alright, but it got way too loud. We had to scream to speak and strain to hear, so we didn't get to enjoy each other's company. It was a regular Monday in February.

Drinks were good. Food took an hour. The server argued with us because the pizza was very small compared to the other times we've been there, said they never change the size of the crust. The bowl was okay, very small for the price. Server finally brought us water when we finished our food. We've been here several times and this visit was by far the worst.

My wife and I eat out frequently. This hss to have been one of our worse dining experiences. The service was slow. The server was not knowledgeable. I ordered a glass of red wine and I was served white wine. The hamburger with fries was $19.95 I believe. I would rank it no higher than a fast food chain burger. Both rest rooms were out of order. I rarely submit a negative review, but I felt the public deserves to know this.

Not worth going to. Ordered 3 meals; 1) Tuna Poke Bowl, 2) Teriyaki Quinoa Bowl with Chicken, 3) Gluten free pizza. Tuna was fishy and not edible, sent it back. Almost seem spoiled. Pizza was equivalent to a $3 7-Eleven pizza, terrible. Quinoa Bowl was OK, but high on the quinoa and low on the vegetables. Will not return.

I love this place! The food is very good and healthy. I also love how spacious it is. The energy just feels awesome! The servers are very friendly! I've been here a few times and will keep coming back! I had the butternut squash pizza with gluten free crust and it was outstanding! So crispy and yummy! Thank you!
