If I could give zero stars I would. Placed my order and waited over 20 minutes for my food. When it arrived it was like it had been sitting around for 15 minutes and was completely cold and not eatable. I would not go to this location if you were looking for a Burger FI. Not sure who owns this place but you have a kitchen issue. I hope I’m the exception but by reading the reviews I guess I’m not. I got a full refund and left. They should have refunded my beer purchases as well for wasting my time. Oh and check my reviews I never give bad reviews unless It’s really bad.

Burgers (CEO and prime rib) were very tasty but extremely greasy.Fries were terrible, greasy, soggy, no crunch at all.The onion rings are ok.I used to go here fairly often but the quality seems to have taken a nose dive.

I went to three high-end restaurants, and none of them would help with allergies. HOWEVER, it was no sweat for Sophie! She made sure to take good care of me and do the best possible to avoid my allergies. I appreciate her, Dassa, and the team tonight.

I remembered not being fond of this location but had worked from 7am to 9pm and this was supposed to be my first meal of the day. Walked in it was dirty, I was ignored and when I said, "Excuse me" and asked to place my order was told, "Not right now, give me a minute." Then they got my order wrong twice, they put cheese in my vegan burger and I'm pretty sure I'll be sick in a few minutes, then they were unable to refund it to my card and gave me cash. Who taught these kids customer service!? Fire them too.
