Exceptional service by what seemed to be a manager on duty tonight. She welcomed our large party last minute, and made us feel like we were dining at a 5 star restaurant. Thank you!
The service was excellent. The young lady who took our order was very patient and kind. She explained everything to me due to my gluten allergy. This burger joint is pretty good for those with gluten intolerances. I'm not sure what their protocols are and I should have asked but I didn't have any reactions, which is rare. I have to say the nuggets were great. My son loved them. Fresh and yummy. The burger was not what I remembered. My first visit about 5 years ago was epic and memorable. This past time it was meh. Just meh. It had like a burnt flavor and otherwise not much flavor at all. The service was fine and the place was clean with lots of seating. But next time I'll get my burger elsewhere.
