Lately, I've been sticking to a diet, and whenever I crave a guilt-free meal, Carrot Express is my top choice. I love their platter option, which lets me pick a protein and two sides. This time, I went for the Chicken Pesto salad with sweet potato and garden salad on the side, complemented by their incredible Cilantro Lime dressing--I swear, they should sell it by the bottle! My colleague and I were promptly served with friendly smiles. She got the a salad. The restaurant's simple and cute aesthetics added to the pleasant experience.

Absolutely by far the BEST healthy fast food out there!! I've been to a couple different Carrot Express and this one in Boca is phenomenal!! The food is so fresh, served fast, and the service is kind, accommodating, and friendly. They were even kind to our dog Oreo!! We had the Avacado Toast with the micro greens and ordered the crunchy chicken platter with brown rice and baked sweet potato for our dog Oreo. We tried a little of the Crunchy Chicken and it was EXCELLENT!! For those who have a sweet tooth and want gluten free I highly recommend the Coconut Guava Cookie!! Soooo good!! My friends and I will always come to this Carrot Express when we are in the area!!!

Love Carrot Express. Salads are amazing.Love the sweet potato fries. The epic tune melt is awesome. The salmon burger is delicious. Their packaged plantain chips by the register are a must. I’m still have many items to try. Their vegetable/vegetarian burger is really good with the cilantro dressing. I appreciate how avocado is in many of their dishes.
