Extremely Rude. I ordered a cup of water on top of $30 I spent and the girl said is it emergency do you really need it with attitude over the phone then when I came there she gave me my order and acted like she was another person it was was the same voice and I called her iPhone and saw it ring her name was Casey !Then Luana Rodrigues pretended to be the manager when she was just the Assitant director and did absolutely nothing didn’t apologize or even attempt to make anything right. Worst chick fil a customer service I’ve ever seen.not to mention they messed up my order

Daniels and 41 location has gone downhill. The drive thru line is ridiculous. The past 2 visits they forgot part of our order and we did not realize until we got home. We will not return to this location unless things change.

First time to ever be served a cold sandwich at a Chick-fil-A. Hoosier snow bird visited this Chick Filet on Florida Atlantic University campus. Service is slow motion and welcoming smile is nonexistent. Only my second negative review over all in past 2 years I have been reviewing. Maybe they just needed a big Hoosier HUG from this old lady!

Today was the worst experience ever! I waited several minutes for my order and just before the guy got to my car, he dropped the entire bag on the road. He apologized and returned with the food some 9 minutes later [taking up most of my lunch break]. I asked him if I was being refunded, he said yes. I ended up waiting even more time, only for the manager to return to my car and tell me she didn't see why I should be refunded. When I returned to work I realized that I was given the food that fell on the ground. Needless to say, I called the corporate office immediately! Only at the West Boca location do I have issues with Chick-fil-A. All other Chick-fil-A stores seemed to be professionally trained to give all customers a positive experience.

Can't go wrong with Chick-fil-A. I believe PDQ is the best chicken place, but Chick-fil-A is a close second. KFC is 3rd because of all their menu choices and Popeyes is a distant 4th. I've eaten at Zaxby's once. Never again.
There is a reason why this has the longest line in the mall. The food is the best. It's a shame they are not open on Sunday's. Really like the Polynesian sauce and honey mustard sauce. You won't be disappointed. They have healthy options too if you want grilled chicken. Waffle fries are the best!

I love chik fil a and have been to multiple different locations. This location's Food tastes substantially different and off from all other chik-fil-as. Along with this, they had the audacity to charge me for water a water cup after purchasing my meal and insisted that I use my card to buy a .50 cent cup of water. Love chik fil a but this location is to be avoided.
