We went to chili's for the chips and salas. To be honest we haven't been to chilis in years. Well we won't be going back. The server was very nice but the restaurant was empty. Kinda dark and dingy. My biggest complaint is that they have a computer on the table to order. Pay etc. there is also games. Very easy to use. But the one thing g you do not realize is that you will be charged $2.99. For playing. I asked the server why it does not tell you about the charge and his response was "that's how they get you" I called the manager and he could not come to the phone because he was cooking. Guess someone called in sick. Anyways the doors is mediocre and to be honest I would rather a fish filet from McDonald's.

After I finished eating I went to the bathroom. On my way to the bathroom, I passed by the kitchen, and I realized how dirty the floor of the kitchen was and how sloppy the staff handled the food. If I had noticed that before, I wouldn't eat at that place. Kitchen really dirty!!!

Restaurant was empty but it still took about 10 minutes before we sat ourselves near the bar. Had to wave down a server to see us and put in our order. Once we finally got a server, the food was great, the molten lava cake is my favorite desert.

Everything was great until it's time to pay the bill. Paying is now done with the electronic device on the table. To get a receipt, you put in your email address. Of course, I never got the email with the receipt. And yes, the address I entered was correct...I specifically checked it.

Is important to highlight the great service you find at the restaurant however the food quality has continue to decline steadily over the years. Once known as the best ribs and fajitas in town, today chilli's quality is far below average. We still see it as a family place with great atmosphere and still take the kids for a molten chocolate lava once in a while.
