As a former GM of chipotle in Pennsylvania I am highly impressed with this team These guys work their BUTTS off!!!! WOW Ordered catering for my office for a co-workers birthday and it was PERFECT!!! While walking it the place was bumpin. Super busy but the workers didn't look stressed at all they were happy to serve the customers in a jam packed restaurant.

employee smelled RANCID! employee was MEAN MUGGING me because she gave me FOUR black beans and asked for more. Are we in the Second World War? Why are we rationing beans??? Good lord paid $10 and change for basically bread and lettuce. Worst portions ever.

Definitely the worst chipotle I’ve gone to in a while. Probably some of the snarliest employees and the serving sizes are so negligible I’d consider the double scoop of Al pastor a single. Gross tables and rude employees are not a killer combo. They as well only do quesadillas online. Just go to the one on military, much nicer employees and they give way better serving sizes.

The store looked horrendous tables dirty trash on the floor drink station completely messy asked for a bowl to go double meat I only got one scoop of meat when I requested for the second scoop of meat for the extra and employee was sold that one scoop of meat is considered a double. I asked for cheese told them if I could get extra cheese employee responded to me that I don't need to have extra cheese explain to him that I will pay for extra cheese if need be he replied to me saying that I don't need extra cheese and he will not give me extra on my bowl extremely rude behind the line was extremely dirty. the line itself was dirty, corn mixed in with medium sour cream mix in with hot sauce it's very disappointing that this Chipotle is lower than Chipotle standards

I’ve seen cleaner restrooms at a gas station. The food was good. The staff were okay.
Paid cash and cashier took part of the change and put it in the tip jar. Tipping is important but it should be the consumer’s choice.Also asked to have coke bottle opened since it was bottle cap, and the attitude was not the best.Get friendlier cashiers

My friend and I were waiting for 15 minutes on our scheduled pick up order and the place was almost empty. My friend and I asked 2 of the upfront workers if they had my order and one of them said “there’s nothing I can do about it you just have to wait”. Finally, my friend went near the back and asked a worker if they had my order and then they handed it to me and did not even apologize after I said how late it was by then. None of the workers exhibited any sort of customer service and it was very disappointing.
