This is the second time I order online to pick up at this location and this is my go to chipotle now! The workers were smiling and the inside was clean. I usually order a chicken bowl and for the past two times now, my bowl was full and heavy. Definitely coming back :) Thank you!!

Never order online here; it will always be wrong. If you order in person at the counter then you’ll get what you want and the food is good. Online orders are always missing or incorrect items. My last order was missing corn, sour cream, lettuce and guacamole. Terrible service.

I eat here often, and the atmosphere is always the same. However, the food and service vary according to who is assembling the meal. More specifically, the portion amounts. Certain workers pride themselves in being stingy with the guacamole, which is an up charge as it is. At $2.55 for less than a ladle full, it seems a bit absurd.

I’ve been to number Chipotles in West Palm Beach and Broward county; all filthy and great disarray. This Chipotle location in Palmetto and Powerline is clean, well stocked, and the staff is kind. I’m posting this because I just saw an employee actually cleaning the table unlike all other Chipotles. Great leadership takes work and communication.

I ordered through the app for the first time and when my boyfriend got home they gave him a salad bowl without the Carne asada. I guess you have to check if you are picking up cause they clearly missed the most important part. I think i wont use the app anymore if this is what can happen.
I walked into the location at 9 pm last night, the manager said they were out of most of the proteins and they were Not going to cook anything else. The store hours are until 10 PM. I had to go find food at another location 5 miles away. They were much more accommodating and friendly.

Today I went to Chipotle to get a good bowl , the service was horrible because I went in all of the Staffs were all horse playing and I was not properly greeted. Also they were using profanity, on their phones, had an attitude. I do not recommend this Chipotle to anyone out there who wants a good bowl.
