This location has gone progressively downhill in the last two years. Very often when we’ve come in, the counters where they are preparing the food is dirty and they do not clean up spills as they go along. Tonight was the last straw for me. The quesadilla machine is broken so they are making them on the tortilla warmer. First of all, they aren’t filling them up the way they used to and the tortilla warmer isn’t warm enough to warm up a quesadilla that thick. Got my food home and the cheese isn’t even melted and the steak is cold. If they had told me the machine was broken, I would have gotten something else.

Ordered two burritos but really got one and a half. Despite clearly running low on food, the employee decided to give me whatever was left which wasn't even a half scoop of what I asked for. Definitely a bummer when I'm not paying half the price. While I was waiting I saw a cook eat something out of a container and never change his gloves. He also used the same hand to go back into the container which looked like it had food that was being put on the grill. The food itself was pretty standard Chipotle food. The customer service was horrible. Would absolutely pass this place up in the future. It was $25 for two burritos and a drink and not even close to being worth it.

Food nasty and salty..brought back gave me same. Took back again cause very salty and old tasting manager..she just shrugged her shoulders . I threw it in trash can in front of counter .she did nothing ....very poor service from manager..food terrible.I paid for garbage to put in trash cans.wsste of my money and time.

I’ve worked in the food industry for 7 years now, I understand a long and tiring shift. But never once have I been so apathetic and rude to a customer just because it’s almost closing time. People rush in last minute after their OWN night shift ends just so they can eat after a long day. To walk in and not be acknowledged, looked at, and words muttered to each other but not even a “hello” to us? Crazy. Don’t work food service if you can’t handle your literal job description.

By far the worst chipotle in south Florida. Constantly mess up online orders, food always is spoiled and tastes disgusting, and the service sucks. This chipotle 90% of the time is littered with trash and a gross environment.

This is a decent Chipotle location, but it depends on who you talk to if there is an issue. I always get the same thing, so I remember the price. Unfortunately the price I pay isn't always the same so I rarely go here anymore. I noticed someone in front of me when I visited this evening having the same issue about price not being the same and one of the employees working the line took the initiative to try to talk to the customer and make things right, but that doesn't always happen. I ended up having an issue too, but that didn't get fixed since it was another employee who wasn't properly trained on customer service. I've worked in the restaurant business along with customer service jobs for years, and that was always important to keep the customers happy. Seeing how there are no replies to mostly all of these reviews, both positive and negative, it's probably just a not so great owner or whoever is running this location. The staff is generally nice. It's just the little issues. Always get your receipt and double-check with pricing.

I spent $47 and three lousy lunches. I brought this food back to my office and I was embarrassed. The steak was cold well done and not chewable. What a waste of money and time.

When you walk in, the staff takes 5 minutes to acknowledge you - noone stops what they are doing to ask you what you need. Regarding the food- I ordered the marinated beef ( Carne asada) and it was basically like chewing on sour rubber sole of a shoe. Additionally ( although this isn't limited to this chipotle location) every time I eat there I have terrible headache and slight hypertension in the evening. Their sodium levels are atrocious in the rice and salsa and protein.
