My bowl and everything in it is seasoned to perfection. The team tonight (2/24) appeared to work very well together and were very efficient as well as just being absolute sweethearts during my pickup.The chips were a little more oily than usual, but overall, great job.

If you're looking for a Chipotle location which is being mismanaged and has some disgruntled employee(s) you found the right place to visit.While the food tasted fine, the dining room was not stock and out of napkins, forks and juices (image below). Apparently, they want you to use your bare hands to eat, nothing to drink and wipe your hands in your shirt? Hmm.When employee ignored my request for extra of a food topping (she did not want to get more of the item from the back) I asked for a manager. While talking to a manager the employee interjected into our conversation and became rude, aggressive, and argumentative towards me.Her manager did not take appropriate action to diffuse the situation and let her inappropriately engage with a customer. I got no apology for this inappropriate behavior from the manager. I'd recommend trying another location.

One word to describe my experience at Chipotle would be "disappointing." From the moment I walked through the doors, it was clear that the staff had no interest in providing good customer service. The employees were extremely rude and lacked any sense of hospitality.To make matters worse, when it came time to pay for my meal, I attempted to use a $100 bill. Shockingly, the staff refused to accept it, claiming that they couldn't accommodate such a large denomination. I was taken aback by their refusal, as it is a common practice for businesses to accept larger bills.Their lack of flexibility and unwillingness to accommodate customers left a sour taste in my mouth. It is evident that Chipotle prioritizes their convenience over their customers' satisfaction. Instead of taking the extra step to provide excellent service, they choose to inconvenience and frustrate their patrons.Overall, my experience at Chipotle was far from pleasant. The staff's rude behavior and refusal to accept a $100 bill showed a lack of professionalism and customer-oriented approach. I would not recommend dining at this establishment if you value good service and a pleasant dining experience.

Whoever does to go orders sucks. Ordered pick up tonight and first they put the wrong bowl in the bag, got home and had to drive all the way back. Then, I finally get home with my order and its made poorly. I asked for light rice, extra mild and extra corn and it’s the opposite.. extra extra rice, a few tomatoes and a sprinkle of corn.. disappointing.

This store has a significant issue with online orders. Every day, when I place an order, they give an estimated time, but when I arrive at the store, I end up waiting for over 30 minutes.

Super disappointed in portion size and i paid for double meat portion.. when I got home and saw how empty this bowl was I was devastated. Smallest bowl I ever received. It was so light weight when taking it out the bag I thought it was empty. I was looking forward to chipotle sadly it only lasted two bites.
