The rest of the place was very meh. I didn't care for the food. I really appreciated the service I got from "Reid" the other day. He was so polite and gave me great recommendations for my bowl the other day.

The Chipotle on Glades Road & 441, I would discourage anyone going there, you order a chicken rice bowl for your dinner, instead of a scoop of chicken, they would give a table spoon of chicken, they will make you ask for double chicken!!! They are so stinchy with the meat, it is ridiculous!!! This happened all the time I go there. Please expose this people, the cheapos!!!

The counter where they put your meals together was dirty , small portions had to ask for more of every item, rude , always out of chips , Avoid this chipotle. Terrible customer service. Contacted corporate/ couldn’t care less. Now I see why people were getting sick after eating there. Be careful.

Chipotle on Glades and 441 is a horribly ran business. Food is gross and they get about 50% of their orders correct. Never seen anything like it. It’s happened so many times that I am finally inspired to waste my own time writing a review. They should close this location and start over. I can only imagine the shortcuts they are taking on cleanliness and food safety. Buyer beware!
The ABSOLUTE worst attitude and service given by the employee cashier: REID (short, tattoos, glasses, soft voice, will not make eye contact or speak to you). He was so incredibly rude (even before I actually had to go back in to ask him for a new bowl and bag because my bowl’s lid was not properly sealed and leak all over my white shirt, pants, shoes and noticed it as I was getting my my car because my bag was ripping). He would not acknowledge me as I tried to get his attention nicely and make eye contact. Clearly I came back to the register because there was an issue (I literally just paid and left 30 seconds ago). He finally looks at me after I had been standing there patiently and puts his hand up as to stop me and I must wait to speak. I finally just jump in and say I’m so sorry but my bowl is soaked through and leaking everywhere from the bag got all over me. He looks at me and I am not kidding…..like I’m the teacher from Charlie Brown and all he hears is “Whop whop whoppppp”…like I don’t even know if he was there in this store with me or on another planet. No emotion no words nothing just stares at me with an open mouth. He then takes 30 seconds to process what I had just said puts a paper bag on the counter and again will not look at me. Baffled I ask a bowl too please and then he finally looks up and just stares at me like how dare I. I walked away from the counter and asked 2 employees what his name was, they both said I don’t know. So I then went back up to this lovely cashier and asked him his name myself. He absolutely refused…knowing obviously a review was marinating but I definitely saw a little more energy and eye contact after that. Luckily I had my receipt. REID…your name is REID. You should absolutely not be at the front engaging with anyone.

The work space was filled with food and dirty and no one seems to care to clean it instead pushed the rice from the counter back to the bowl they serve from. Gross! Employee took a cup of steak, stood in the corner and was eating when there are people standing in line to get service. Will absolutely not come back to this location.
