I recently had a wedding reception at our home and used Crystal Bay Caterers from Boca Raton, FL. I have never experienced such an easy caterer to work with. Sam Piccolo worked up a proposal in two days and met me at my home to deliver it. He was so professional and easy to work with that we canceled the other two caterers that we were in conversation with. He showed us pictures of how the food would be presented. The price was very reasonable and he handled the rentals. He sent us many tablecloth photos, chairs, plates, etc. to choose from. We had the most wonderful party and everyone was asking who our caterer was because the food and presentation was spectacular! The house was left sparkling when they left! I would highly recommend them!

11/10 recommend this group! We last minute booked with Crystal Bay for our New Years Eve group dinner on a yacht. Sam and his staff we're incredibly easy to communicate with, organized a decadent meal with 8 appetizers, a choice of 2 entrees, and a delicious dessert. We were blown away by the quality of the food, creative dishes, gorgeous plating, and 5 star service! Looking forward to our next event in March!

Truly the BEST caterer our family has ever used across different destinations in the US! We recently moved to FL and decided to cater our New Years Eve party on a yacht with 1 week's notice and Crystal Bay was there to help! From the speedy service, great communication, prompt set up time, all the way to the most delicious and elaborate creative dishes - we were blown away by it all! We had seared tuna, lamb chops, shrimp cocktail, french onion soup brioche bites, crab cakes, etc ALL for appetizer! Then we moved onto a burrata appetizer sit down style, an arugula and champagne vinegar salad, and a delicious surf and turf for dinner! Everything was plated so beautifully, but the taste was even more to rave about! We absolutely loved our evening, and it was truly made the most special by Crystal Bay! Thanks again!!

Sam was incredible from start to finish. He catered an event for us with 75 people and went above and beyond. The food was delicious, from passed hors d'oeuvres to carving stations and everything in between. The staff were top notch, courteous and carried them self professionally. Sam not only provided us with exceptionally food he provided us with exceptional service. From setting up the venue, helping design the floor plan, coordinating food presentation with our decor and arranging rentals (chairs, tables, linen, flatware etc), Crystal Bay delivered what they promised.
