We stopped at a Crystal in Nashville, TN on a road trip. It was a little after 10:30pm. We wanted to go inside and eat since we had been in a car all day. As we walked up to the lobby door, the guy inside ignored us. When we tried the door, it was locked; but when we looked at their hours the lobby was supposed to close at midnight. After multiple attempts to get a workers attention inside, he ignore us. Finally, he slowly walked over to the door just to inform us that they close at 10, even though the hours were clearly stated on the door and the drive-thru was full. I am VERY displeased with this visit and how we were treated by your employees.
