The bagel was stale and not hot or toasted. They have big kiosks and hide the in person ordering all the way in the back of the store.The kiosk does not print receipts or offer to email them to you.The woman making the order did not change gloves in between orders even when making drinks or making food, even after I told her about my allergy.While this location is not a normal stop for us, we will not be back and are hesitant to try another new location anytime soon.Parking: Very limited number of spots in the whole parking lot.

I go to ALOT of Dunkin's. One of the best I've had in a long time. Everything came out timely, sandwich was amazing and my extra shot coffee was perfect. Bravo.
Staff and service is great, however, I wish this location would stop allowing aggressive 3 party solicitors set up shop right in front of their entrance, it gets annoying.

Terrible customer service!!! Serves coffee in dirty cup!!!! Ordered Coffee on the app went to pick it up, the cup was filthy with coffee spilt on the top and brown stains/marks all around. Pointed it out and the supervisor who responded in a rude tone and acted like it’s acceptable to serve food in such a disgusting manner. “Oh it’s because there is no stopper in it” ( with attitude) We spilt coffee all over your cup and it stayed there and dried but its ok! She took cup and returned with stopper CUP WAS STILL FILTHY! Poor Service! Short female Supervisor is extremely rude and should not be dealing with customers. Coffee went in the garbage and I will not return to this Dunkin’ Donuts on St.Andrews Blvd. Those people can not prepare or handle my food or drink!

I moved across the street from this location a year and a half ago. I come here at least twice a week. I have never gone to a more efficient Dunkin in my life. They are fast, they always get the order right, coffee always tastes fresh and delicious, food always tastes fresh and delicious. The staff is always friendly and warm. Inside is always clean and inviting. Great work, guys!
