Worst Dunkin’ ever. The kids working there seemed to be on something. They got everything wrong in the order, worked extremely slow and had zero desire to even move. I had to repeat myself three times and still they gave the donuts they wanted. I specifically asked for almond milk due to intolerance and when I asked if it was almond milk they didn’t know (or care) what kind of milk they had used. I told them it was due to a lactose intolerance and they said they would have to do it again because they didn’t know what had gone in the coffee. Absolute horrible customer service. Hire people with some desire to work please! Last time at that location for sure.

Worst dunkin ever! The cashier lady is very rude and has attitude. I asked her for a donut and a chicken go wrap when I got my donut I told her this wasn’t the one I ordered and told her which one it was and her response was “you didn’t tell me that” and I’m still okay with that regardless of the attitude but she literally was just standing there and I told her “well can you exchange it” so she went to exchange it. It took them about 10-14 min for my wrap to come out, luckily there was this nice young men that noticed I was waiting too long and decided to check on it and they hadn’t even started my order so he decided to start it for me. Dunking is suppose to be a quick in and out situation the only time I should really be waiting is in line. They looked understaffed because there’s a line forming to the door and they don’t have anyone taking care of customers at the cashier. They need to really upgrade this issues.

Gotta give credit where its due fr... i came here today bc i was craving dunkin for some reason despite being a Starbucks girl after a few bad Dunkins ruined it for me. When I'm telling you, I have NEVER had a better cup of coffee in MY LIFE. It was SO SO SO delicious. I ordered an iced caramel latte with almond milk and 2 shots of coconut and OMFGGGG. Guys just look at that color that's how u know it was gonna be crack in a cup frfr

The old man that works here is incredible rude. The guy was extremely rude to me when I was trying to ring up my order. I’ve watched him kick teens out the restaurant that have already placed an order. Telling them to “wait outside”. I’ve never seen someone treat costumers so poorly. THIS MAN NEEDS TO BE FIRED IMMEDIATELY!!!

I have never witness such attitude and disrespect from someone who suppose to be doing customer service . However the other young male employee was very respectful taking my order and to the other kids . HE DESERVES A RAISE

Whole order was wrong, ordered an everything bagel and was given a plain bagel, and I was given an old egg patty with a piece of bacon on it. I did not order meat and do not eat meat, gross. The wrong cream cheese. Staff was talking about the customers behind the counter rudely. Every table and chair was dirty and bathrooms were disgusting. One of the worst dunkin locations I have been to.

Manager was rude and while ringing me up went to next register and rang another person up. He did not say anything to me! I am very disappointed because this was the manager!!! Unexeptable! I was there on Wednesday, March 24th at around 7:45 am.

Terrible service. Ordered a power sandwich on a English muffin and ice coffee black with a shot of expesso cream on the side. First the coffee was wrong with cream already in it. I wait for my food for 10 minutes and ask and the girl said someone else grabbed it but it looked to me like she never made it.
