Not quite sure what any of the negative comments are about at this location. I come from NYC and I am used to quick , efficient and friendly service with a smile. The times that I have come to this location I have experienced this as well as wonderful weather. The location is also nice to sit inside or out as well as a drive-thru. Plenty of parking!Today I had the pleasure of being helped by Tanvir, Mia, Gina, Chenica and the manager Gina . I ordered my coffee and they offered me if I was interested in any donuts or sandwiches without being condescending or rude. What a wonderful team! Integrity that called for a tip due to them and their training. This is a team that the owner should hold onto and admire. Steve from NYC

Bad attitudes, and careless mistakes. I get irritated because I worked at a Dunkin for 2 years and know how easy the job is. Replace the staff with people that don't suck and pay them better.

I have never went to a Dunkin and had so many bad experiences, onetime sure i will let it go but i go there 4 times a week before work. they still managed to have bad Attitudes make mistakes on your orders all the time. The drive thru is always super long lines the wait is about 20mins long for a coffee and sandwich. This place needs to get some serious management over looked.

I love Dunkin’ and all that they offer. But the drive thru at this location is terrible. Line always long, they make you wait to order and when you go to pay, you don’t get a receipt nor do they give you napkins when you get your food. Might be the last time I go

This is a nice Dunkin. It has a drive-thru. Lines are long in the morning but it moves. I walked over here today and had the new Iced white Hazelnut Bark Coffee. It was a bit sweet but good. Easy ordering at the kiosk. Service here is friendly and the inside was clean. Tables are available inside and outside.

Great place to catch great coffee and wonderful breakfast delights. Manager Darcy and her crew are the best. They always take care of the 9 of us.They are definitely all hands on deck. This Dunkin in Margate on Sample Rd is a great stop for the whole family.Kid-friendliness: Witnessed whole families hang out at this Dunkin. People are like family to Ms. Darcy and her staff.

I don't know what's happened to this location in the last few weeks to a month... but its a disaster. I don't see the manager that was always there so I assume new management and employees? It's soooo slow now. I always do order ahead walk in and just for a simple small iced coffee all the time and it's like a 20 min wait...last few times I walked out cause I had to go to work and couldnt wait. I'm not going there anymore. Clearly understaffed always lines of people now waiting.
