BEWARE OF PRICE GOUGING!! $10 for 6 donuts is ridiculous!! Not only do you overpay you also need to deal with bad service as the staff is very rude. Don't waste your $$ there.

Awful experience. Walked in and was told all they had was iced coffee, no lattes or any other types of coffee that was listed on their menu. I asked if the refresher had caffeine in it and the cashier just replied to me that the refresher wasn’t sweet at all which wasn’t even answering the question I had asked. Finally, i ordered a refresher anyway and was trying to ask if they had any egg and cheese bagels or croissants and before I could even finish my sentence she told me “no food”. The whole time the lady at the cashier who also made the drink just had a very bad mood and was very unpleasant towards me. I understand if something was happening in her personal life but it’s not right to take it out on the customers. On top of this, I don’t know if it has to do with the drink but ever since I had the refresher I’ve been feeling sick all day. Definitely would not recommend this Dunkin, solely because of this worker.

The employee I interacted with was rude and intentionally disrespectful for no reason. I placed a large mobile pickup order for an event. I arrived to pick it up and politely told the cashier my order number. He furrowed his brow and acted like he had no idea what I was talking about. He asked me what I meant. I wasn’t sure what to say. I’d already given him the order number and explained it was a mobile order. I figured that would be enough. When it wasn’t, I told him what I ordered. Then he said, “Why are you so late?” Late?! The mobile app does not allow you to adjust the time you pick something up. “ASAP” is the only option. I put the order in two hours earlier because it was a large order and *the app says large orders take longer than usual to prepare!* Can I just pick up the stuff I ordered and paid for without being berated first?

The cashier has the WORST attitude, like how hard is it to do your job? I asked for a frozen drink and she says "no frozen" when I can clearly see the machine that does the frozen drinks has ice and is lit up ready to go. I worked at a dunkin and I know she could have made my drink, but refused too. When she went in the back I could hear her cursing up a storm, because she had customers.. I'm sorry, I thought this was your job?? Worst. Attitude. Ever. I walked across campus for this? NEVER coming back.

I went to Dunkin' Donuts about a week ago it was the most disgusting I got a croissant sandwich and it was 5 pounds of whole bunch of hair gross in it don't go to this place they're nasty and you shouldn't happen it should wear a hairnet. They need a new crew in there they also get upright this not customer service

Honestly this is the most piece of s*** Dunkin Donuts you've ever seen. Employees are ok sometimes but they advertise stuff they don't sell... their oven is always broken so they can't toast anything, and they don't even have cardboard so you have to burn your hands with their coffee. For a Dunkin situated in a university you'd think they'd not make it as shitty but you'd be wrong.

Nothing wrong with it... nothing extraordinary about it... it's exactly everything you expect from a Dunkin' - which is a GREAT thing! Consistency. So go... enjoy. It's a Dunkin'!

Why bother offering to toast the bagel in the app if when I ask for double toasted it's still a soggy mess? Even worse!- whoever is putting the cream cheese on the bagel applies it to only one side. The app needs better details/customization for orders, and the personnel need to adhere better to instructions. Done with Dunkin.
