Went into this dunkin with 1 person in front of me. they took their order after 5min of waiting. then i waited 10min and ended up walking out. this is a dunkin not a 5 star restaurant. i should be in there for 5min total

We need the get these old Haitian woman out they have horrible customer service every single time I come there the coffee is made wrong. Seems like they don't even try to make it right get some good employees that actually want to be there. Maybe you will get some better review.
I love this locations. The people work so hard here and they couldn’t be nicer! I look forward to my breakfast every day.

The girl at the cash register was texting on her phone the whole time she didn’t even look at me. I asked her to finish up texting before she dealt with me as a customer. She simply said I’m done with you incredibly rude. Why does the management at Dunkin’ Donuts, allow their employees at the register to be personally texting And conducting business at the same time maybe it’s just me is this the way our society is headed

I would never leave a review for a Dunkin, but I just wanna say that they make the coffee good every time I come in the morning. It's always hit or miss with Dunkin so I appreciate that. Though one time I ordered my regular iced coffee but got an iced tea with milk and sugar lol. It was probably someone new that made it but I didn't mind the taste.
They have messed up my order 3 out of the last 5 times I have been there. Sometimes completely forgetting food. This place sucks.
