Incompetent workers, ordered ahead on dunkin app and was missing food when arrived. I asked one employee if she can get it for me who simply walked away for 10-15 minutes until I asked again where she said to ask somone else. I then asked that somone else who then said they didn’t have it or didn’t receive my order although I had gotten all of it besides one thing. I showed her my order on the app and the receipt physically printed with my food which stated that I was missing an i team but she still stated that she didn’t have it. After continuing to go back and forth the original employee who told me to ask the other lady came with my food. I waited patiently understanding it was a simple mistake but this was outrageous would never recommend this dunkin.

Lazy staff, language barriers, extraordinarily slow service even when fully staffed. I used to go there everyday for work twice a day but the last two times I walked out because a line of TWO people didn't move for 15 minutes. Employees should drink their own coffee so they " run on Dunkin" too. Frustrating location. Avoid it.

This is my favorite Dunkin and i been to many . Owner is there working and managing along side the employees so the place runs like a machine short wait times ,accurate order and friendly workers which is hard to find lately.

Ordered a Large salted caramel icedCoffee w/ cream and liquid sugar.Man inside put whipped cream on top and caused a huge scene and embarrassed himself because he yelled at me when he I corrected the mistake of cream no whipped cream.

The people that work there are not friendly at all. God forbid you take 5 mins deciding what you want to order, that's when they get impatient and annoyed at you. I go there because it's close to my house. I order what I want and leave.
