Staff were miserable and disorganized. Ordered through App for instore dining. Did not use my name and called out sandwich name when order ready. Was confusing as 2 customers ordered the same breakfast sandwich. Did not provide me with my coffee cup with my sandwich and looked annoyed when I asked for it. Great food/coffee and in-app offers & specials, very miserable service.

First of all the place is filthy. Then you have the staff which is slower than slow. Stingy with the cream cheese. Food really isn’t great. Go any where else. 7/11 is better than this.

This Hass to be the worst Einsteins I have ever been to. I ordered an avocado toast bagel on a sesame bagel. I got a Plain bagel that looked like it had been in the refrigerator for days, with some cold, nasty avocado on it. There were sesame seeds sprinkled on it.

I'm not sure who runs this place or what their business objective is. I walked in at 12:30 to get a sandwich. There was no one in the dining area and maybe a couple people in the drive-thru. Two employees were just minding their own business doing work while I stood at the counter for about 5 minutes, waiting for someone's attention so I can order. Nobody looked up and I just decided to leave. I guess I can't review the food because I never had any of it.

I want to start off by saying I love Einstein breakfast wrap ? I always thought u can not possibly mess up this order. I usually go to Boca Einstein, because they are they #BEST ?? but because I was near Dixie, I went to this place. My wrap taste horrible ? I don’t know if its the meat not cooked or it was the last two eggs given to me but now, my stomach hurts from this food. At least the #Boca store would have made my wrap with cheese. I will NEVER come to this Einstein or recommend it to no one. Plz avoid this place or at least make sure they cook ur food fresh.
The best bagels in town! Portia and the team are always fast and friendly. Thank you for making breakfast such a treat!

Unfortunately my experience at this location wasn't very good. Employee was nice. My issue was the food. I ordered a brisket sandwich. I've had it before at another location. This location barely put any brisket on my bagel. I was disappointed. I probably won't go back to this location.

We come here just about every morning and we love our two favorite employees who know our order and make it exactly the way we like. We don’t like when they aren’t there though because no one makes it as good and sometimes the other employees don’t understand what we want. Its still our favorite einsteins to come to. My husband gets the all nighter and I get the santa fe sandwich with a green chile bagel.

Me and my family waited for more than half an hour for our food. They all looked pretty disorganized with how they prepared food and sandwiches. I'd expect all of ours to come out at the same time. But only one was brought out for my sister to eat. The rest of us waited. Most likely not coming for a while. I'm very disappointed.

December 28, 2023 at 11 AMI walked in and stood at the register for 10 minutes before anyone acknowledge I was standing there. The manager that took my order was rude and unprofessional. Kept asking huh” huh“, then asked me why I was rolling my eyes (which I did not) when I asked to speak to a manager she said she was the manager and quickly took off her name badge before I could read her name, she told me her name was Nicole. When I left , I called the store and asked to speak to a manager, Evan who answered the phone would not give me the managers name. So now I’m here writing a review (which I never do) they need a serious fire and rehire of the entire staff at this location, including the short, dark skin, long black haired manager named “Nicole”! I can go on and on about how bad my experience was here, but I’ll never be back they lost a customer today.
