I had a food experience- One of those meals that a couple of years from now I'll glance over at my husband and one of us we'll say, "Remember that time we wondered into that little Italian place near the Boca Mall?" and the other one will say "The one where all the pasta was made in house? The Beef Short Rib Agnolotti was phenomenal." And the other one will say, "And the service!" It was a Saturday evening a couple of weekends ago, and we happened into this gem on restaurant row. It's a new place and we were able to get straight in. It's the kind of place with white table clothes where they pull out your chair and cocktails are appear at your table almost the instant you order them. I wandered in with my husband and young son who's an experienced restaurant goer and they treated him like a king. Our server, Rachel, engaged with him and made him feel quiet special. The adults among us started with cocktails. The espresso martini was on point. They serve it with a cold brew foam made in house daily. Entrée followed shortly thereafter. I asked the server what her favorite dish was and ordered it forthright. It was the Beef Short Rib Angolotti, which is impeccably seasoned and served with house made pasta. My son ordered the Grilled Spiced Mediterrnaean Octopus which comes in an almond romesco and charred red peper crema. He ate almost the entire portion and would have likely eaten it all if it weren't for my husband insisting to have a few bites. My husband had the Strauss Veal Chop Parm which comes with tomato, Fior de Latte Mozzarella, Parmingano, and crispy basil. The veal was perfectly prepared and seasoned and paired perfectly with the artisan cheese. We could not leave without desert after having experienced the entrees. Rachel had such great tastein entrees we all asked her for her input on desert. My son's Vanilla gelato/strawberry sorbetto swirl was beautifully and playfully plated. The texture was smooth and full and he polished it completely off. As a I am a chocolate enthusiast Rachel felt that the Chef's Choice that night, which was a decadent chocolate cake with a raspberry compote, was the perfect fit for me. And it was. The fresh tart berries paired with the fresh cream and flourless chocolate cake was an masterful balance of bitter, tart, creamy, and sweet. My husband is not a big chocolate fan but was still enamored with the cake because it was that good. My husband had Nonna's Cookies which is a selection of chocolate, snickerdoodle and lemon ricotta and he raved about them. The manager popped by to see how things were and we had nothing but positive feedback. His team was working in sync and the food was above reproach. I could not leave without a second espresso martini and to my delight we were presented with house made biscotti to try with it. The biscotti had a hint of licorice which was delighted my husband. It was a food memory. The service, the food, the delivery, was an unexpected an winning experience, especially for the price. It was on par with the price of other restaurants I've been to locally, but the experience was elevated. Well done Fiolina Pasta.

Okay.. I'm not sure why this place received bad reviews because I had a wonderful experience at Fiolina! It's people like this that drive cool restaurants out of Boca. I'm so excited that a place like this opened in Boca Raton. The city needed it. We came in for lunch and received great service. There is plenty parking in the front and back of Restaurant Row. We decided to sit outside because it was such a beautiful day out. The vibes take you back to Italy. Beautiful decor, furniture and landscape. Some of us ordered off their lunch special, which is only $28! You select three options from the special menu and you get a three-course meal. We also ordered the prosciutto for an appetizer, which was delicious. Their pasta tastes so fresh and you can see them making it from scratch inside. The dessert and espresso was delicious. I highly recommend checking this place out. It's designed beautifully and the food is just divine.

I used to own restaurants. I'm not used to leaving reviews but this place is unique and deserves it. My waiter Gaetano described the specials to me and my mouth was watering. I wanted to try everything but I blindly followed my waiter's advice. Congratulations to the chef and the organization!!!Farinata with lamb and amazing grilled Duck with crocchettone.Excellent Cannoli cake.UNIQUE PLACE.I’ll be back.

This is a fabulous restaurant on every level: food, service, vibe, decor. We had the Veal Parmigiana, the best I’ve ever had, no kidding! Best Caesar salad too! The homemade pastas were also delicious- pappardelle and the braised beef Agnolotti. The desserts were excellent: Piemontese chocolate gianduja cake and tart! Antonio was our server. He was so nice, gave great recommendations and was delightful to talk with. Bravo bravo!

Fiolina Ristorante & Bar is a symphony of culinary excellence and atmospheric charm, setting a benchmark for fine dining experiences. As someone who cherishes both the art of mixology and the authenticity of Italian cuisine, my visits to Fiolina have been nothing short of spectacular. The ambiance of Fiolina is its first gift to you. The Agnolotti and gnocchi, in particular, are masterpieces of texture and taste, enveloping all the senses in a culinary embrace that’s hard to forget. The cocktail menu at Fiolina is a journey of its own. From traditional Negronis to innovative concoctions with Mezcal tequila and bourbon, the bar showcases a deep understanding of balance, flair, and flavor. We tried two pastas and both were fresh and perfectly Al dente. The squid ink dish had the perfect sauce to pasta ratio and the shrimps were well seasoned. The carbonara was cooked to a great texture. I like my bacon and pancetta a little thicker and my sauce a little bit creamier but it was flavorful. The rosemary bread itself was good but the star of this dish is the ricotta which is so creamy. We ended with the swirl sorbet and hazelnut cake. Great to have so many after dinner options. The cake was good but for $18 I thought I would be blown away which I was not but the creamy and perfectly tangy and sweet sorbet was the showstopper. Not sure why they no longer off the wafer cookie with it? Our server confidently recommended great options and food came out so fast. However there was a lot of I between waiting between non food services. As an ex for our table when no other guests were around and when we needed a waiter or a busser or our check. The outside patio makes you feel like you transported to Italy. It's away from the busy traffic and is bright red and white with umbrellas.
