I have been to a lot of First Watch restaurants in a lot of different cities. This one is great. The atmosphere is relaxed even with bustling, quick service. There is a gorgeous outside area, the interior is always clean, and the food quality is great - fresh hot coffee and delicious food, cold drinks, perfect for brunch. Our server Ken (Kenzie) was great! Kept us laughing with a fantastic personality and efficient, friendly service. My friends have food allergies, some very specific ones orders, Kenzie was STELLAR and everything came out perfect. 10/10, this is now my favorite First Watch by far.

Excellent experience at this new location! Our server was Kenzie - aka Ken - and the service was OUTSTANDING! We dined on a Sunday around lunchtime. There was a wait, but we were seated quicker than expected: yay! Our server was friendly, attentive, and took great care of us during a very busy time in the restaurant. Food came out quickly and correctly, which is awesome! Look forward to dining here again and will ask for Ken as our server whenever possible!Dietary restrictions: Gluten free options are available!Parking: Found parking easily even though it was a busy time of day!

Not a very good experience. Firstly service was slow. Restaurant was not crowded. I think my husband and I sat with our menus for over 20 minutes. Finally our order was taken. About 15 minutes later both plates were delivered to our table. One plate was fine. Mine was obviously NOT close to what I ordered. So waiter put in a "corrected" order for me. By the time my new order was delivered my husband had finished and guess what, chef got it wrong again!!!!! Specifically I had ordered an omelette NO onions but it was loaded with onions anyway. Additionally after the server apologized I had asked for a little more iced tea. He never brought it.

I went to First Watch today for breakfast with my Mother, and we had the worst experience ever.When we arrived the waiter directed us to the table and the table was not clean.Later, we waited to be served and our waiter barely acknowledged us. We ordered two breakfast sandwiches and told the front desk that the food had way too much salt.Earlier, after we ordered our meal, the waiter threw down the food on the table. When we finished eating and the waiter flung the receipt along with it. Not offering us, anything else or if we wanted to add to our order. Also we were the only Black customers in the establishment this morning, that was treated this way.When we paid for our food, we told the front desk about our experience, she completely ignored us and acknowledged the white family that was behind us.

Placed an order for pick up and it was 10 minutes late. I kept being told it’s almost ready. It wasn’t crowded at all, I can only imagine how late it would have been had they been busy. We ordered eggs and bacon and one pancake, it’s not a very complicated order, I would think they probably started making it when I walked in but it was cold when we went to eat not long after. Bacon was extra fatty and most pieces were not crispy. The pancake was delicious.
