Fries to caviar no longer exists, it's now called Phils Place. Entirely new menu, nothing that was on Fries to Caviar's menu, just basically bar food.

Went last night with a friend for a pop-up comedy show. The main entrance is quite bland, but the back room was cool. There were tables and couches and comfy chairs. We waited about 10 minutes before we spoke with anyone, and that was because my friend went up to the bartender. She brought us menu's and asked us what we'd like to drink, but then we had to ask for the drink menu. She never came back. A different server took our drink order and then our food order. We both ordered sliders, which came with two sliders and fries. The meatball sliders were fine, nothing special...as were the regular burger sliders. I was pretty surprised at the quality of the fries, since the place is called "Fries to Caviar." They were basic and a little mushy. Nothing special.

Kept wanting to like this place, but the service was terrible, the food was overcooked, and the only thing "grand" were their prices. My wagyu burger was over cooked and served on a burnt bun. There was no complaining bc the server was clueless and M.I.A. The chicken schnitzel WAS tasty and the gravy was delicious, but the potato mash tasted like instant potatoes. Was looking forward to this place for months but overall it seemed like it was a terrible place run by a bunch of kids that had no clue how to run a restaurant properly. Very disappointing.

Last review was taken down so we will try this again. Went to Fries on a Wednesday night. Upon arrival there was a college aged kid peeing on the side of the building. As I walked to the front an Uber pulled up and three young kids stumbled out, one of which made direct eye contact as he threw his seltzer can on the ground of the parking lot. While this should have been enough red flags, I was still intrigued since this used to be decent place. That's when I saw security wanding people to get in. It's a no for me and as a (now former) local patron this will be an issue for the neighborhood. Sad sad times.

Fries to Caviar is amazing! when it comes to satisfying all your cravings, whether you're in the mood for a fancy dinner, a bougie brunch, or a fun sports night. Trust me, this is the place! My favorite spot for brunch! fluffy pancakes piled high with fresh fruits, and eggs Benedict. Brunch here is all about those Sunday morning moments and catching up with your friends and family. It's the perfect way to start your day and make memories over a delectable meal.

If you want to have a drink with underage kids on a Wednesday night this is your place. 20 year olds walking around the property and in the streets for a bout 9pm on. Maybe whomever owns the place is trying to further devalue the property behind it. That's the only explanation.

When menu prices have gone up And standards have gone down Dissatisfied dinners are speaking up And repeat business is going down This restaurant's upkeep Is soon to be its downfall

Fries to Caviar was our favorite restaurant for years, until they hired their head pastry chef as their head chef and clearly she is overwhelmed. The food has now consistently declined since new management has taken over. The prices on the menu are not consistent with the quality and experience.

I've been going to Fries to Caviar since it opened. I understand that it has changed hands 2 times since then. They make there living on the bar business and new Kareoke bar. They are no longer in the food business. The name is FRIES. The fries they served on the night I was there were frozen store bought. Not hand cut. Service from the kitchen on 3 salads and a burger was over an hour. I will NOT go back to this restaurant.
