We catered in the lobster, chicken parmesan, and regular mac and cheese to a birthday party and everything was fantastic! All of the communication was with the owner Charles and he was so great. He really made my order feel special and personal. Highly recommend the food and catering.

** EDIT**I frequent here when i have a craving for tomato soup. Today was one of those days and decided to get a grilled cheese as well. Needless to say It's a hit or miss here. I got back to the office and opened my grilled cheese to find it pretty toasty. A little too toasty for me, dipping in the soup wont suffice. The mozzarella cheese was not stringy and very hard. I called back and asked about getting a remake, was put on the phone with a manager and after explaining she immediately said she would refund my money on the app. I don't have an issue with that, I appreciate that my concern was handled in a timely manner but I felt a remake option should have been offered as well. Just my opinion from being in the service industry myself. Love the place just left disappointed this go around. And still hungry :(Please quality check, if you wouldn't eat it why serve it to a paying customer?EDIT:Charles responded promptly to my issue and I feel satisfied with the solution. Great customer service hasn't disappeared after all.

Cj is the BEST!!! The knowledge he has and amount of care that he puts into all that he does ARE IT!!! This is my second time I’ve come here and every time the food is sooooo good. He knows how what he is doing and he cares about what he does and it shows. Delicious food!! He hooked us up and kept his cool when the a whole volleyball team came in after us. Yumm. Thank you CJ!!!

I love this place so much!! The food is made to order, I love the build your own Mac bowl. The owner and employees are so nice, they recognize me and my friends as regulars and they’re so personable to be around! Highly recommended, they are inclusive to milk intolerant and vegan individuals, they have vegan cheese!!!! They recently extended their hours and love to have this comfort food late at night too! Do yourself a favor and come here!

I come very often and never experienced what I experienced today. I came in Sep 12 at 2:00 pm and the girl on shift was plain out rude. She made me feel like a huge inconvenience. She really had no customer service knowledge. I walked in she said “go to the front” and demanded the other boy to take my order. Didn’t greet me or anything. And then bluntly turns around and asks “is this for her or to go?”.I would hate to come back and have to deal with her negative energy again. She’s somebody that should be working in the back and no where near customers if a business plans on succeeding. And to top it off got home to find out my order was completely wrong. All the toppings I asked for did not come with.

I don't know if they hired new people or what but the food is not good anymore. Tater tots Have been cold past three times ive ordered. Cheese on the grilled cheese is hard and not gooey at all. Almost rubbery. They haven't been putting the same amount of macaroni on the sandwiches there used to be alot. Not there isn't enough.and its near impossible to hear anything they say on the phone. I hope whatever is going on gets figured out because their food used to be perfect and the manager Is so nice

I go there on Mondays after my son's therapy appointment to get some Mac and cheese. CJ is the sweetest and is great at his job.The food is delicious. They actually know how to season there which is great.

This was my first time here and I absolutely loved the experience! The staff was understanding and friendly, they walked me through the process and gave me suggestions. They're is now than Mac and cheese, you can get sandwiches too! The place was clean and inviting. I would highly recommend stopping in and getting some delicious mac and cheese.
Staff wanted to close one hour earlier than time listed. We thought we agreed on leaving ten minutes earlier than closing time but then My friends and I felt really uncomfortable of them rushing us after their third comment. They locked the doors at 9:08pm and we saw multiple customers wanting to order. All drinks were out of order and tots were under cooked. Small businesses like this deserve better.

An absolutely amazing experience. Customer service was top notch. I would like to commend both Carly and kaylee for their customer service at the time of this review, but other workers I’ve seen like JP are also extremely good workers. Food was amazing and I had an overall amazing experience.

Stopped in to grab dinner on my way home from work, wasn't sure what to order. Abby helped me decide what to pick. I ordered the BLT grilled cheese, which was honestly the best grilled cheese I've ever had. Great customer service, a friendly and welcoming environment, knowledgeable staff. Will definitely be back later this week!

Used to come here a while ago with my sister and it was alright but over time the quality just went down right awful. Never wanted to come back, but a friend of mine recently told me it was under new management and that the quality of the food was a lot better I figured I'd try it again. Boy was my friend right. The new owner is super friendly and nice, and the food was so good! Definitely coming back here more often again!
