I don't know what is going on over here, but it's not good. The service is garbage. It was never like this. The girl looked like she wanted to punch me in the face for making her work. The bread was stale, and the sandwich all together was not good. I'm from Jersey, and this was one of my favorites. I'm done. It wasn't just this time, either. It's been bad. I just kept hoping.

First time I have patronized this location in Boca. Ordered on line due to a mailer BOGO inducement on their 'regular' size sub. When I got to checkout, the discount code was not honored as being 'expired'. So I re-entered it again with the same resultdespite the coupon showed it was supposed to be valid thru November 30th, two and a half weeks away. Due to lateness, I sucked it up and paid full price for both. Never again will Jersey Mike see me online or in person. Fortunately Pubix is right next door to get my sub fix.

This is the cleanest Jersey Mike’s I’ve been to. Staff greeted you as soon as you walked in (rare these days), they were attentive to guests who came to pick up orders, and when guests left they cleaned up the tables right after. The sandwich was great too!

I don’t know who runs this dump but they need to fire these people!! Just walked in. Stood there for 5 minutes and were totally ignored !! Sorry don’t feel like smelling bleach in my sub. Definitely lost our business!! Will never return!

They actually close at 8pm not 9pm. If you try and order past 8pm they will say there is no bread, or that they "cleaned the grill" or some other random excuse. This has been the case for the 3 years I lived next to them.

They always mess my uber eats order up. I pay 25$ for extra meat and cheese on a giant sub and they only give it to me half the time. Cant get bread right.

We order here often. Sometimes our order is incorrect when we order Online but that's to be expected if they are busy. What I do want to say about this visit is about the staff. There was one woman and two young men. One of the young men was clearly new and was not being treated nice by the other two employees. The dark-haired woman was snapping at him and the other young guy was talking down to him. Everyone is new at one point. I'm just disappointed that he wasn't being treated fairly. It was lunch time and busy, but that's not ok.

I didn't know what I wanted but I was so glad that the lady and gentleman working helped me out. The chicken Philly was fresh it was also very good. I wished they asked if I wanted toppings in it but no big deal. The tables were cleaned and had nice music playing in the background and nothing over powering.

We were in the area and stopped in for subs. Our subs were good the service was good. What was disappointing, we sat outside and at 8:27 pm 3 customers walked in and were told they couldn't get subs, everything was cleaned and put away. When the sign on the door states Close 9:00, what does that mean?3 people were sent away
