While the place is still nicely furnished and the wait staff attentive, I found the food to be lacking. My cream of mushroom soup was puréed and tasted bland and my steak au poivre sauce was runny and with no real taste. Won't be going back. La Nouvelle Maison a much better choice

Amazing French food in the heart of Boca Raton! Do yourself a favor and sit at the chef’s counter for the best seat in the house! The best duck I have ever had and you did not even need to chew it. The orange sauce was just the amount of flavor. We ended the night with the chocolate soufflé which was light and sweet. Yevette was an amazing host and she is also the owner. So sweet!

If you want good service get there at 5 when they open. When they get busy the service deteriorates. The service and food was much better before they changed ownership. Under the new ownership the food and service has gone downhill.
It was Valentine's Day, and our table was ready for us as soon as we walked in. Service was a little slow at the beginning. We had to wait for the menu though our drink order was taken almost immediately. Food was great and was also a little bit of a wait.. Waitress is delightful!  The energy in the room was amazing even though it was very, very crowded. All in all since it was Valentine's Day everyone was extremely accommodating . We really enjoy coming here.

When we arrived it took the host an inordinate amount of time to figure out where to seat us. Did not make us feel special. Perhaps because it was Valentines Day busy. BTW not a flower on our table. Not sure we saw the same waiter twice but everything seemed organized. We had drinks to start. No amuse bouche offered as in the past. The Caesar salad was disappointing. The entrees of rack of lamb and small bay scallops were delicious and nicely plated but expensive. I believe the rack of lamb was around $60. We passed on the special dessert which was $18. Again it was a busy night but we felt rushed as dishes came out too quickly.

We have dined here many times over the years and always had a wonderful evening-that's why we kept going back. We never had a sub-par experience until our Valentine's Day dinner. We were seated in the room with the cook staff, which was very narrow and noisy and the servers didn't always get back there. A caesar salad was served with brown lettuce, which was sent back and the second one was similar-left uneaten. The sole entree was delicious as usual, but the lobster special was just ok. It was a disappointing evening, but will go back hoping to have the usual wonderful experience.

We both ordered Streak au poivre MEDIUM RARE and both came out medium. When we called waiter over to send it back he took out a flashlight, shined it on the meat and said there, it's pink. First off medium rare is red, not pink and that was an assholish move if I ever saw one. For $60 each order it should be cooked as requested.

Kathy's Gazebo is one of my favorite restaurants. The food is amazing every time we go and the service is spectacular. The drinks are in a normal sized glass unlike alot of restaurants now a days that might as well serve your drink in a shotglass. Not this place. We love watching all the chefs cooking and preparing the food. I had the lamb chops and hubby had salmon. We both loved it and look forward to going there again soon!
