This place is so good every time I come here I always eat so much food and I get so full I feel like I'm going to explode. Also the ice cream is one of the best I ever had. I recommend.

I really enjoyed this place! I'm giving it four stars (please don't hate me!) because it doesn't have quite as much variety as the one in Davie, but it's still very delicious!The service was excellent. I wish I had gotten our server's name because she was incredibly nice. She even made a special sauce for my husband, who usually dreads going to Hot Pot, but this "secret sauce" has changed his mind—he only wants to come here now! I think the Davie location probably does the same since they are part of the same restaurant chain.The broths here are definitely the same, or at least very similar, to the ones in Davie. I ordered the Taiwanese hot and spicy - mild, while my husband and friend both had the original, which they loved. As for the vegetables and meats, what can I say? They were fresh and tasty. I did notice that this Lemongrass offers an additional meat—fatty pork—but since I don't eat pork, it didn't affect me.One big difference here is the conveyor belt going around with a variety of noodles and vegetables. It makes things easier so you're not constantly getting up for little items like that. I usually stack my table with my essentials so I don't have to keep getting up!Overall, we had a great time. Parking was easy, located in a massive shopping center. The restaurant itself is clean and has a modern, open feel with lots of natural light coming in. Unlike the Davie location, which feels a bit clinical, this one is much more inviting.

Unique dining experience cooked in your personal flavored pot at your table. Food goes by on conveyor, take what you like and also select options at buffet. Put it in your pot and eat in a few minutes. Excellent helpful server. Have them make you dumpling sauce for you. The best, great food, fun atmosphere, excellent service, can't be beat!

just to make it easy for you: it was AMAZING!! my first time trying Lemongrass and i will definitely be coming back here. our server, Son, definitely made this experience 10 times better. he prepared a house sauce for us and even gave recommendations to try out as first timers. he was very warm, welcoming, and friendly; just like the establishment as a whole. i live in Fort Lauderdale, but an establishment as great as Lemongrass with a server as amazing as Son, i will definitely be making the drive up to Boca to return to this location!

This really is one of the best Chinese hot-pot buffet around. Nice and clean restaurant and excellent service. It offers a wide variety of meats, veggies, sauces, etc. Just choose your soup base and enjoy. I tried the Tom Yum style/ excellent.

Service was great. However food was completely mid quality. I would not come here again. The soup was so watered down and tasteless it was crazy! I asked the waiter why it was like that and he replied “that’s how it is”. Sheesh. Meats were okay and the selection available was good though.
