My second visit to this restaurant. The first time the server was very slow, but made up for it in her service, On this visit, we were celebrating a birthday and the service was slow and the restaurant was at half capacity. The sever was not rude but she was not friendly. We mentioned a birthday celebration but she did not recommend any desserts. One of the entrees was cold, she did not offer to fix or make it better. Also noted the booth where we were seated had a army of ants on the wall. The server was very nonchalant and only mentioned the exterminator would be called. Just awful. I should asked to speak to the manager but didn’t want ruin the celebration or mood. The overall place is nice, and the food is pretty good, but the service needs to be improved.

As soon as I entered the restuarant, I realized what I had done. I stepped back in time to 1999 and took a visit to Wolfies Rascal House, an upscale New York style deli that failed to live up to the orginal Miami location's name.The meal started out okay. Bread was hot, drinks were fair and salad was tasty. Then the appetizers arrived, chips and artichoke were decent and fried calamari was bland but cooked well. Then came the main course, an 8oz. New York strip that was a tasteless disappointment. This must be the reason they refrain from calling themselves a steakhouse. The mashed potato's were boring as well. And the key lime pie was okay but too sweet. Not worth the money. Service was not that great either. We had dirty plates and glassware on the table for half the meal. And I literally had the sugar packets taken away from me while I was trying to make my coffee since the table next to me needed it. Waitress didn't have the courtesy to ask first; she just grabbed it and took off. This place should really have 3 dollar signs ($$$) because it isn't cheap. Trust me when I say, it's worth spending a few more dollars and going to Ruth Chris or Capital Grille. Bottom line, an overpriced and unexciting trip back to the past to a restuarant that is destined to meet the same fate as Wolfies if it doesn't change ASAP.

When to make reservations at Madison’s to find out they are closed. Been sold to Gallagher’s Steakhouse from Nee York City who is suppose to open sometime in the fall.

Evan was our server. He is very good and remembers us every time. His service is great. The grilled octopus was amazing, but the portions are getting smaller and smaller. The blackened trout was cooked to perfection. The French dip sandy was juicy and perfectly cooked.

Menu selection excellent. Variety of offerings led me to this review Waiter was vey accommodating, however the chef didn't read the fact that I couldn't have much seasoning. My trout & mushrooms were heavy on pepper. May return in the future.

I thoroughly enjoyed my seared tuna and my mom LOVES the burgers! Angela, our server, couldn't have been any nicer! The service is always good here when the crowd size is manageable.

This is a Montreal steak house. Great food.Prime rib on Sunday is excellent.You got to try it.

If you're going for the "Sunday night Specials" of Prime Ribs or Trout, call first to find out if they even have the Trout. they were out of a lot of things and it was only 6:30 and the server told us that the trout had never been received so just call. also if you want special Scotch drinks and wines on their menu, also call ahead. They were out of those items also. Restaurant crowded and noisy, so shouldn't they be prepared. Server was nice to accommodate us with Salmon at the Sunday price though.
Our initial impression of Madison's was great...not too crowded, or noisy, had a bit of an upscale feel to it. It did take several minutes (almost 10) for anyone to come see us after we had been pleasantly seated by the hostess. Our cocktails were lovely, but the meal was just okay... after all was said and done, it seemed more like a diner quality meal served in a fine-dining atmosphere. It was nice to try a new restaurant, but unfortunately we didn't find anything about it that would compel us to return.

Absolutely loved everything, with my reservation I was seated promptly even arriving early . My wonderful server was on point , and everyone else as far as staff went was nice and prompt as well. A classy place and will definitely be back . My steak was marvelous as well, and the tiramisu was perfect ! Loved everything !

Great experience for first time dining there. Staff was accommodating to get us in earlier than our reservation. Graduation for FAU ended early and we were hot and tired after sitting in the sun for 2 hours and thirsty and hungry. Waitress was great and food was delicious. Made for a great celebration dinner.

Ordered the carbonara and it was full of peas looked like Alfredo with peas . Switched it to penne all's vodka. It was so light in color mostly cream hardly any marinara sauce. Very disappointed. My friends enjoyed their meals of trout and chicken.
