Maggianos is my preferred (franchise) Italian restaurant. We made reservations for a party of seven on a Friday night. Upon arrival, the restaurant and parking were packed. There is valet parking available. There was also live music in the front dining area. ?We selected the meals for two which includes one appetizer, two entrees and one dessert. The mussels were tasty and had a white bean sauce. The meatballs and garlic bread were also appetizing. Our entrees included the lasagna ravioli, spaghetti and meatballs and shrimp fettuccine (for a $7 up charge). Great portions to share between family and friends.We were disappointed by the desserts. The strawberry cheesecake did not have any strawberries and the tiramisu was missing something. Unfortunately it was not a hit for us. Overall, we look forward to returning and enjoying the live entertainment.

The restaurant is good to go with children. It is quite large and you will not feel on top of the other tables like in most restaurants in Miami.The food is delicious and you can order a dish that is for two and includes pasta and poste appetizer for $60 and you can add the house specialties for $7 usd. Cocktails are between $15 to $25 usdThe food they serve is quite good and you will most likely have leftovers for the next day!! ?Parking: They have plenty of parking and the place seems safe.

Very Dissapointing. Waited for a Table for 45 minutes when we had a reservation. Then Party of 4 They sat us at a table for 2 people for a Family Style restaurant when I went to the manager for help he said he would give us a different table, laughed at us and never came back. So we left. I will never go back there again. Was A Loyal Customer.

Had an overbilling issue on some take-out food. Called the next day and spoke to a very rude manager named Fatima who was not really eager to offer customer service. She had said she was going look into my issue and call back. Waited 2 days for a call and never got it so I called back and spoke to Fatima who was even more rude since she felt there was nothing, she could offer me to resolve the issue. When I requested info for corporate customer service her answer was " Go ahead and call corporate, they won't do anything for you either."Now if I was dealing with a McDonalds store manager, I would not have been surprised but a place like Maggianos can't find managers qualified to offer good customer service when dealing with unhappy customers?
Our daughter and grandson Tyler flew in from St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands and one of their favorite place to eat is Maggiano's. The lunch was delicious. Rafaella our server did a wonderful job getting our food out quickly even though it was busy. Rafaella is the best and very much attention to detail. Thank you Rafaella for a great time, we will come again.Vegetarian options: The pastas, vegetables and stuff mushrooms are so delicious.

Our food came out on time, she consistently checked on us even though the restaurant was very busy. Rafaella, thank you for a fantastic dining experience and we will for sure come again!
