We were coming back to our nearby hotel at about 11:30pm on 3/30 after an Inter Miami soccer game and the Micky D’s drive thru was the only option still open for some food. They were closing soon so I felt a little bad ordering for our party of 5 but we needed some food. We got the best, friendliest service of any McDs I’ve ever been to from the woman that was working. Food came out fresh and 100% spot on! Better experience than a lot of full service restaurants I have been to in the recent past!
They're surprisingly always very friendly compared to most McDonald's I go to. Like they are actually happy to help you. Usually very fast during the lunch time when I go. Oh and the food tastes fresh, not like it's been sitting in the warmer for awhile. I forgot how good the nuggets can be until them. Keep it up guys

I went there at 4:30am because it was advertised as 24/7. People were inside talking and walking around. I got no response at the order booth and no response to my horn honking at the payment window. I left sfter ten minutes.

When ordering online, they don't add ketchup to the order and 1 BBQ sauce for a 10 piece nuggets. What's wrong with this store. Common sense.

Only cash accepted as per manager because system is down.at 2.50 pm. But I used the self automatic payment inside store & it accepted my debit card?2 customers inside restaurant & 2 cars outside at 10pm, 34 mins waiting time for pick ups. They priorize drive through over online orders. They prioritize drive thru customers over online orders. So, after clearing drive thru line they take care of online orders

This location has seemingly forgot how to stir things. McFlurries and the Shamrock Shake. Which I have asked to make sure they stir it before. Because previously I've gotten the shake and it's been not stirred properly being half icey milk. And McFlurries with all the stuff just sitting on top.
Only complaint was that they turn off the soda dispenser in lobby.

I went thru the drive-thru at this mcdonald's the other day about 10:30 p m. I ordered a double big mac and a large diet coke. I drove straight home got my food out and my sandwich was cold. I took a bind out of it and it was horrible. Immediately pick up my cell phone and called the restaurant. The manager that answered the phone when I told her what was wrong. Act up like she could not hear me and hung up the phone on me. I called back and she hung up the phone on me again and told me that I was being rude for telling her that the food is bad. I asked you speak to the manager and charge. And she refused to tell me her name or put me in touch with that manager. She told me she was going to call the supervisor and ask me to hold on. I said I would and then she hung up the phone on me again. I called back again and she's proceeded to talk and tell me that she didn't care about what was wrong with my food and that I needed to call someone else.When I kept asking her what her name was. She then again kepsaying that she couldn't hear me. But someone standing next to her told her exactly what I said and said that the phone is working fine. My family has been in the McDonald's business since the 60s. And I have never experienced anything like this. My father work for the corporate offices in chicago and also was a franchise owner. So I do have a good understanding. How a mcdonald's should operate and how they should treat the customers. I would never go back to this mcdonald's again. This is the worst restaurant experience i've ever seen in my life.
