The server was giving small portions. I complained. The cashier asked me stop talking. Said if I wanted a larger portion I only had to ask. I was asking for a larger portion and was told to shut up. Then he laughed at me as I walked away with my food. ⁰

The tomatillo green sauce wasn't made right and the guac was salty besides that it was good, and the store is really clean the bathroom was clean.
Me and my wife have been going to this Moe's for years. Recently the quality of food seems to be worse and the portion sizes are about half of what they used to be. The staff carefully put the scoops of food into my burrito so they seemed to be intentional about the portion, but after the burrito was wrapped it was small enough to fit in one of my hands. Not a filling meal at all and we paid $32 for a tiny burrito, a quesadilla and some chips and queso. The queso was luke warm and slightly starting to solidify which didn't taste great. And my burrito contents were slightly cold after biting into it. Not sure what is going on with this location but definitely not worth the money.

Consistently good food the staff is fun too.Only real issue now is that they've gone backwards and removed the barcode readers at cashiers so now it takes longer to check out. Seems like a backward move.

The line had a female and 2 guys, not friendly, never looked at us, they threw the food on our bowl and pitta, it looked like they were bothered and kept talking to someone at the register and kept pausing for next items for us, rolling their eyes. We almost walked out but never seen such an inattentive service.

Not going to lie- I'm usually a chipotle person but it was Monday and was looking for a deal so I decided to try out Moe's. This store was just renovated and was very clean. The person greeted us right away with the usual "welcome to Moe's!" We all got the homewreckers which is the Moe's Monday deal. The great thing about it is it comes with guac and chip/salsa for no extra charge. It was a good sized burrito definitely filling. Went with young kids and they were excited to see the icee machines next to the soda! For the money and amount of food- this is a no brainer.
I have come here multiple times throughout last year and this year and my order has never been a problem until today. i have a very simple order here and the staff had made it incorrectly when i said multiple times how id like it to be made. at checkout i asked the cashier if it was possible to remake it or not. he said it was and went to remake it for me. i could hear the staff being upset about it and could see them throwing their head back and rolling their eyes in frustration. when i received the order back it was half the size that it was originally. i’ve always had great service here and amazing food but today i am very disappointed and upset with the staff and their customer service.

$25 for two orders of nachos that were really bad.. they just took some chips and put some queso and shredded cheese on top with a few messy toppings.. not real nachos, waist of money ?

Went and had a substandard meal, so I tried to call to discuss and the phone number listed here is disconnected. I tried 4 times over the past week. So I called catering but she didn't want to help. I'd suggest going elsewhere.
