The atmosphere is excellent and the food was OK but we had to wait one hour for a table after having a reservation and, after many service snafus during the main course, were told that the kitchen was closed for dessert without warning.

Certainly at first sight it's a beautiful WOW, clean, attractive environment. However, very disappointed in the wait staff. We were not serviced quickly, actually waited 10 minutes and the restaurant wasn't busy. The food came lukewarm. We also requested the onions be well cooked and they were raw. Since our waiter had an attitude, apparently had a stressful day, we didn't send anything back. BIG MISTAKE. Our waiter often disappeared and we had to look for him requesting the bill. Disappointed. I would have been more forgiving if they were busy.

It's a lovely restaurant in a unique setting (restaurant surrounded by a European style market). There is outdoor seating as well. The food was tasty and the service was adequate. Something was just off the mark for the price point. They are newish so I would go back and give them another try.Parking: Depending on what night and what time you go, parking can be tricky in front of restaurant, but there is another parking area behind the restaurant as well. Valet is also an option.

Outside steaming hot but every bite was lukewarm….how??• Check took FOREVER• I wasn’t going to leave a review, but what pushed me over the edge was getting home and realizing the leftover food we got wrapped to go, the waiter completely forgot to pack a complete side of fries that was untouched at the table. How???Again, we really wanted to like this place. Annoying disappointed.
I loved the chivito, very abundant and delicious. The place is very comfortable and has a nice vibe. Alex and Natasha can tell you the story of the brand and they are a lovely couple!We definitely recommend the “Luz de Luna”, one of their excellent wines.
