Overall the food was very good, however the service fell quite a bit short of a typical Il Mulino experience. Water and Iced tea glasses were not refilled, Parmesan cheese pieces were not offered as is typical at Il Mulino and the server took our order seemed genuinely disinterested in us. Spoke with the manager, he attempted to “repair” the experience however the disappointment had already set in Far below an Il Mulino experience

We absolutely love coming to Il Mulino in Boca Raton. Johnny and Sandra run an amazing operation. The service, food and overall attention is outstanding. Already I can't wait to go back!

The waitress was so rude! When the tea came she yelled excuse me so that she could set it down directly in front of my daughter instead of off to the side. And proceeded to spill it on on her giving her second degree burn. The tea bag was not in the pot so it was just boiling water. Her reply was, oops my bad. Will never buy gift cards or return!!

The wine list is pricey but you can pay a $50 corkage fee if you have a good bottle at home to bring. The Sunset menu available before 8 pm Sunday through Thursday was a great buy with 3 courses at $76. All in all. a wonderful dining experience again.
I have Eaten at all the El Molino locations for years! I used to frequent the one in New York on W. 4th St. I've eaten in the one in Boca a few times but not in a few years, the Boca location food has gone down and taste 95%

We were greeted and taken care of by many different members of the staff, and everyone was incredibly welcoming and made great efforts to ensure that we were happy, understood the specials, and made great meal choices. The food was delicious, each dish prepared with care and served beautifully. We could not have been happier with our meal. We will certainly return so we can try more things on the menu.
We've been to nyc locale many times and review would be straight 5s. Service was awful, bread stale, missing menu items and filthy bathrooms. Terrible value considering the price
For a real taste of Italy, Ill Mulino Boca (not to be confused with the imposters Ill mulino ft laud) is the real deal. John amd Sandra are wonderful amd the staff is exceptional 5 star.

The most incredible meal served with such passion by all servers. We always feel welcome & pampered, with our friends speaking about the food the next day. My husband said it was the best chicken Parm ever which says a lot as he orders that everywhere we go!

We have been to Il Mulino many times. The food and service has always been excellent. Not last night. The restaurant was very busy, and the server was curt with us several times. In addition, we had to ask for the zucchini chips. When we asked for additional wine and drinks, they didn't come until we were almost done with our entrees. And our entrees were just fair. I had the shrimp before and loved it. Last night it was just not as good. We will reevaluate if we will go back again.
I took my mother for her birthday last night. The service was excellent. The ambience was just beautiful. Our dinner was very very good. I would say it was on par as to give it five stars we will be back again. It was such a lovely evening.

The restaurant was full. We had to wait 30 min to be seated. They assigned us an outside table with the view of a parking lot and a sheet of plastic. The servers were overwhelmed with so many people and took another 20 min for someone to come to our table. As a main I order jumbo shrimps with spinach. The shrimps had a chewy rubbery consistency, hard to cut and overcooked. The ambience was lively, lots of people. I will not go back.
