Food came out semi-hot. Waitress ignored us until we were 75% done with our meal even though we were there at 3 PM and no other patrons in the place.We hadn't been in Padrinos since the pandemic began and won't be back.

Noche Cubana is an experience not to be missed. Whether you are there for the lechon or the paella, you won't be disappointed. You won't find better anywhere! You can wash it all down with the best Sangria in town. Then cap it off with Tres Leches for dessert... And finally, I have to commend the attentive and friendly staff.
The food is average at best. Foe one in our party they brought her main with the appetizers and forgot her salad. Arroz con pollo is nicely flavored but it was mostly rice and the chorizo was almost non existent. The ham croquettes were hard and crunchy on the outside and soft and mushy on the inside, The yucca was so fibrous it was inedible. Lechon asado was bland and dry. I could go on but why bother.

The service is great. However this is probably the 5th or 6th time I'm unhappy with my 16oz Churrasco. I ask for it medium and receive an over cooked steak every single time. And every time I send it back, I have cold rice and beans sitting there to consume until my new steak it ready. I get this all the time in the Fort Lauderdale location and it's always cooked perfectly. I don't understand how many times I have to repeat myself to make sure the steak is medium, but it's getting exhausting. Please talk to your chefs. I have no problem updating my review either when I see change. Thanks.
Our reservation time was honored. Food and beverages were cooked to perfection. The paella was excellent. We had no room for dessert. All the fancy coffees were served, hot and worth the fee.

They had told us it would be ready to be picked up at 6:30, but I had a lot ofOther things to pick up so I didn’t show up until a couple of hours later. They called and were giving us an attitude because we had not showed up yet. Please train your peopleTo have good professional customer service skills. Other than that everyone was great.
