I've been a customer for years. I just picked up two chicken salad sandwiches and the chicken tasted tainted. I know how it should taste. Whoever I just spoke with was very nonchalant and said maybe they used too much Mayo. Not. I know what Mayo tastes like. He told me he would put a credit in the book. No apology. He showed no concern. $40.00 for two chicken salad sandwiches and a soup. I have no idea what the book is. I don't think I'll ever find out. Not the same place it used to be.

Really good breakfast place, can get a little hectic but most of the times it’s a quiet spot to grab good breakfast.

Great food. I order delivery from there all the time. There is this one lady that knows my order just by hearing my voice (love talking to her). But I wish the manager or owner would teach this one specific guy employee how to answer the phone and talk to people. Every time he answers the phone I just want to hang up and order from somewhere else.He screamed at me saying “speak louder! It’s busy in here”. He is never polite, stumbles over his words and talks like he hates his job. Let him go already.

My wife and I have recently established a tradition of visiting Palm Beach Bagel in Boca Raton on Mondays. It's become our "Bagel Monday" ritual, a way to start the week on a positive note as I drop her off at work. While the food consistently impresses us with its quality, the service experience leaves much to be desired. On several occasions, the gentleman taking our orders has struggled significantly with accuracy. For something as simple as a plain bagel with lettuce, tomato, onion, and avocado, I found myself having to repeat the order up to eight times, which became increasingly frustrating. Moreover, the overall atmosphere of the establishment is dampened by the demeanor of the staff, particularly a grumpy individual stationed by the POS system. This person often appears miserable and lacks any semblance of hospitality or warmth, never cracking a smile or greeting customers as they enter. It's disheartening to encounter such an unwelcoming attitude, and it certainly detracts from the overall dining experience.Despite these service issues, we continue to patronize Palm Beach Bagel purely for convenience. The quality of the bagels and the rest of the food offerings keep us coming back, even if the atmosphere and service are less than ideal. It's a testament to the quality of their bagels that we're willing to overlook these service shortcomings, at least for now.

Ever since ownership has changed the prices went up and the accuracy of the orders went down. It’s super annoying to order over medium eggs and get scrambled or order a Ruben with gulden spicy brown mustard instead of thousand island and still get thousand is ridiculous. The only good thing is fast delivery and nice delivery staff.

I ordered a wrap at the cash register. I sat down at an empty table to eat my lunch. I was told by the waitress that I couldn't eat my lunch in the restaurant because I got take out. When I ordered I was not told it was taken out. No one greeted me by the door. I said I am going to eat my lunch at the table. The woman yelled that I couldn't eat at the empty table. I asked to speak to a manager and was told there wasn't one. Finally someone came out and talked to me. No apology. Told me next time I couldn't eat at the table if I got takeout. It was the most hostile lunch of my entire life. The portions were big. I got an Asian wrap and I thought it was horrible. I only took 1 bite. I would have asked for something else but I knew it would be a war. The fries were good. The pickle was ok. I would never recommend anyone to eat here. Ordered on line which is expensive. Paid extra for scallion cream cheese and they used regular cream cheese! Disappointing

Pitiful showing for a bagel place. I ordered everything bagel with olive & pimento cream cheese. As a NY'er, people always say the bagels in Boca area are just like home. I'd be ashamed to call this a bagel. Where's the everything?? Just pitiful. Bagel was almost a plain bagel. Additionally, over toasted, and cream cheese spread was lacking. This is was busy and their ordering system should be better. It causes a blockage by front door. Not sure why it's crowded, only thing I can think of is that there isn't another bagel place close. Employees not friendly either. No "thank you" or any pleasantries. Just prepared to be barked at for your name and order. Never coming back here.
