This Panera is the worst. Overcooked soufflés. Hot in the restaurant. Poor service. No one there is friendly or seems to care. Rapid pickup isn’t rapid because they don’t keep the orders in the rapid pickup area - or even one place behind the counter. I ordered delivery today and only received one of two items I ordered. They completely left out an $11 item. Didn’t call me or anything. Thankfully Uber Eats has grade A order help on the app so I was able to just get Uber cash. There are much better Panera locations within 10 miles of this one.

Very upsetting. Pick two (supposed to be a deal) composed of tiny 1/2 Sandwhich and small cup of soup. $15.00 then ordered another pick two, half sandwich and small salad another $15.00 and a pastry can run $4.00 but if you buy the small $4.00 drink you can get a half price cookie. Ridiculous. Hospital tasting food and robbing people with absurd pricing

Strange way of standing in line to order.rapid pick up late but all Panera Breads cannot tell time. No one else has anything to do but wait. Staff was friendly at this location, Boca locations always has nice staff.

Ordered Food for pickup and received it cold although being their promptly. Staff is rude and when I asked if I can have my cinnamon roll warmed up(because it hadn’t been yet) they lately simply stated that she can’t. Store was very messy with dirty tables and bathrooms as well as full to the brim trash cans and dishes. Would Recommend the Panera on N Federal Hwy any-day over this location.

Here is a review based on your comment:I've been consistently disappointed with the coffee at this Panera Bread location. Every time I get a cup, it's always cold! I'm starting to wonder if it's even freshly brewed or just left over from the day before. I certainly wouldn't pay a monthly fee for cold coffee, and I wouldn't recommend anyone else do so either. Panera Bread, please step up your coffee game!!
Need an option for 0 stars. The front desk ladies are super rude. When asked if i can get soup said “no soup” i said when will it be ready they said 8:30 i said that’s two minutes can i at least pay and wait for it? then they gave attitude and kept giving excuses and then went to ask a manager who seemed to have no issue with it. then the girl next to the girl taking my order said “messing up my station “ and kept mumbling under her breathe. Then i decided to wait toward waiting section and saw them both whisper while staring at me. People don’t care who they hire anymore because they can’t even keep employees so why not just let their employees talk to customers whoever they want because they are afraid to lose people.

We went to the very first shop of Panera at its opening in Youngstown OH. It was amazing! The products, the service , abundance and cleanliness! Since then - it’s water under the bridge! This establishment is the WORST Panera today. We came for breakfast at 9:40 AM. There was no more Artichoke Soufflé ( actually there was only 1 type of 3 pieces! At 9:40 ‼️) No Blueberry muffins, no Hazelnut coffee and no napkins ‼️ We had to ask for everything. I ordered egg white avocado sandwich . Had to wait at the counter for 10 minutes , watching my sandwich laying open next to the toaster ; while the server was aimlessly crawling around with sleepy stair in her eyes. Finally she found avocado behind the scenes and started to finish the sandwich. When I asked to reheat the eggs and cheese , she just ignored me. Of course sandwich was cold, cheese was hard and manager had to redo it for me! S H A M E F U L !! Do not go there‼️

They often don't have cranberry orange muffins in the morning. Too noisy with phone, beepings, blender, bagel cutter. How can u think with all that noise?Edit: still always out of hazelnut Coffee, employees seem like they hate

Kenzie provided outstanding service, as did the gentlemen at the cashier (sorry, I forgot your name). Provided prompt friendly service with a smile. Kenzie went above & beyond to make sure my needs were met and took care of everything with a motivation and enthusiasm. I will be back later today for my daughter now just bc of that. Used to go here often, since I manage an office in the plaza for 8 years but had no idea that everything there changed for the better <3 Food is better, employees, atmosphere and I will now be a regular there again and will tell customers and coworkers that my opinion of this Panera has now completely changed. You guys definitely deserve a raise ? great job!I ordered You Pick Two...
