Visited April 11th at 5pm.Sat waiting for my food for way longer then usual at most panaras. This one doesn't use pagers or bring your food to you by the tables with the table stands. So I figured they would just find us and bring the food or call our name. Watched the manager flirt with the counter staff girls for about 25mins before I finally got up and asked then it was like I was the bad guy and he told me just go to the end of the counter to find where the food might be. No care about how long we had been waitin. Nobody called our names nothing. Terrible

Unfortunately everything good that was on there menu is gone now no Flatbread not turkey avocado but. The soup is good but u can get that at the local grocery store . Not sure how long panara will be around if they keep changing

Asked for bacon avocado sandwich...got bacon bits little avocado swipe and no cheese. Worst sandwich.French onion soup warm no cheese no flavor..It was terrible..very disappointing . Use to be good. Now it is gross...

My nephew unknowingly got soda into his water cup, and was going to pour it out until an employee behind the desk loudly yelled at him “Hey stop that! That’s coming out of my paycheck!” I was astonished by the employee saying such a thing to a young child and he left the restaurant feeling very upset and embarrassed by the employee who said that out loud in front of the whole restaurant! Even then, that’s about 10 cents worth of soda, if he was so skimpy about his paycheck, he should be more concerned about how he’s treating his customers! Will not be returning!

The environment is kind, clean and friendly. The food was fresh and delicious! The person that took our order, Andrew Rush was well spoken, calm, kind enough to inform me how large the sandwich was that I orders for my young daughter. I appreciate this because I wasn’t interested in overspending or taking food home.

For a quick bite with moderately healthy food. They use to have these beeper things that would call you when your food request is ready. They did away with them now, so you have to wait by the kitchen and get the sauna treatment while waiting. And BTW don't be surprised if when you're paying you're presented with a screen urging you to leave a t, oh I almost typed 'tip'. They call it a gratuity these days. Hilarious right? Not the name, the fact that they want a gratuity. For what? You do all the work, other than preparing your sandwich. The brainwash is on.
