Great menu and wine selection... everything is made from scratch. Overall, a nice intimate bar where you can sit down and enjoy quality meals.

Pat's Wine Bar is a hidden treasure in the Royal Palm Place plaza. Friendly bar staff and delicious food. Very nice wine selection. It's a small, intimate place that is tucked in between Vespri and Gary Rack's. We really enjoyed the place for its coziness, wine and menu.

I've heard great things about this place but was very underwhelmed. When I arrived we asked for a wine list but they didn't have one and said just tell us what you like. Although that is helpful I like to read things over and see the price before I drink. I decided to be trusting and ended up sending like $20 a glass (more than I would have liked). We move onto ordering and I am realizing the owner is going into the back and making the food seemed very weird. The cheese plate ended up being delicious but we had to ask for extra bread because they gave us 4 pieces for an entire board. Most likely won't be back.

Honestly, my wife and I were blown away by the food! It took a bit to arrive, but so worth the wait. The Double Cut Pork Chop was OUT OF THIS WORLD. And the NY Strip was great as well. Service was great too. Highly recommend!

I love Pat's Wine Bar! They have a great wine list and amazing food. Pat is the life of the party and will help you pick the perfect glass of wine. Also the food is amazing. His pasta Carbonara is to die for!

This place has been on my must try list for a while now and I finally got to check it out Friday night. Walking in I immediately noticed the lack of a typical Friday night crowd, let alone staff, with only two patrons at the bar and one table of four. We opted to join the other two ladies and ordered a bottle of wine. One of the two guys we ordered with told us they were in the process of changing their wine list, and offered us a taste from a similar option from a bottle they had open already. When we confirmed we were happy with it, he said the bottle we tasted from had just been opened and didn't have much poured from it, suggesting we just have this one for our bottle we were buying. Extremely taken back and bewildered, I disagreed and requested a fresh bottle. This wasn't a problem, however the uncorking and presentation of the fresh bottle was, as he mutilated the foil capsule and struggled to get the cork out. When I jokingly told him I would give him a lesson on presentation in attempt to lighten the situation thinking it was maybe his nerves, his response was that the wine key was the problem and that considering we were at a wine bar, he should be provided with better tools. I couldn't help but think to myself, if you're a bartender with pride in what you do, wouldn't you take it upon yourself to ensure you have what you need to best do your job? Moving on, we ordered the Burrata and Tomato Salad to start, (Fresh burrata, vine ripe tomatoes, basil and aged balsamic). The same guy that opened our wine and took our order, then went back into the kitchen and a few minutes later returned with our salad. I guess this was going to be a one man show. Even though I prefer it this way, the burrata was far from creamy or "gooey" enough than what it should be, and I told them it could use a little arugula, but other than that we enjoyed it. From there we decided to split the Carbonara, (Prosciutto, peas, black pepper and romano cheese) and the Sliced NY Strip with Garlic Mashed Potatoes. Once we were half way through the strip, I noticed he then poured himself a glass and joined the only other staff in sight to watch golf, who we later learned was "Pat." I guess our pasta dish got lost in translation? I didn't say anything until we were finished because I was curious to see if it would appear at some point, or maybe dawn on him that he forgot, but it never did. He said he didn't know we wanted both but I ensured him it was fine, we were full anyways. On our way out I used the restroom, which was terribly lit and had all black fixtures including the toilet, making it impossible to see any state of cleanliness, let alone my face in the mirror. All in all, the steak was good and even though this bizarre experience had me feeling like I was in the twilight zone, we enjoyed ourselves. However I probably won't be back, for it was much too pricey for what it was with the saturated selection of other places to choose from.

This place is insane! Pat curates the best wines and gives great recommendations. The food is insane - fresh, perfectly cooked and devine. Steak was cooked to perfection, mashed potatoes unreal, pasta dishes amazing. The cheese plate, arugula salad, hot peppers were incredible. This place is a hidden secret.

Such a great place and so different than the usual restaurants/bars in Boca and Delray. The food is so amazing- everything from the pastas to the steak to the cheese plate. The owner Pat is extremely knowledgeable about his beverage selection and so great to conversation with! Pat's Wine Bar & Grill is an absolute favorite!! Such a hidden gem!!!!
