Crab bisque soup was overly salty and was served warm, the same story was with calamari and marinara sauce was cold and not tasty at all. Had to return it and asked not to add any salt on the top and serve it with sweet chili sauce, waiter was not aware that it came with a choice of sauce, second time around it was much better and sauce was excellent. Had to wait for a check for almost 40 minutes and 20% of gratitude was added automatically for a party of 3. On the check there were recommendations of 18%, 20% and 25% did not have time or patience to discuss it with a waiter. 2 bowls of soup, cup of soup, 1 calamari, 1 hot tea and a glass of Prosecco with 20% of gratitude came to 93$. Expensive and food with service was so-so.

I did takeout. Wonderful turkey dinners, spinach and carrots. Pot roast was not as good as marie calendars. Sandwiches were average.

I have missed the Pavilion since Covid and now I have been going back regularly We were treated very nicely and except for it being closed for private parties I'll be going back Thanks

Sorry Charlie

I Would give it a 0 if possible.

We have been coming here since 2012 for dancing and less frequently for dining. The previous two times we were here the music was so loud AND unremitting that conversation was impossible. Last night was ideal, we could dance and talk. Very enjoyable. We have stopped going to Benvenuto's because the volume has increased to an intolerable level following renovations.

Service was just slow, I ordered a "prime" burger, came out dry and barely warm. Looks like most food items are made in advance and warmed up. None of what people were eating looked appetizing.

We were so surprised to arrive and realize there would be music. We hadn't been here in a very long time. The atrium space is all glass and the tables are well spaced. The food was better than it had to be considering the entertainment. We started with clams oreganato which were tasty. We both chose the chicken francese and swapped potatoes and vegetables for pasta. We had a reasonably priced bottle of Sauvignon blanc to wash it all down. We so enjoyed the live music and even got to dance a bit. Best time in a long time.

Well never again will I give these unprofessional and rude people anymore of my business, we have held birthdays, Halloween, Valentine's there in the past and we have always tried to overlook the rudeness and lack of professionalism as we have other friends with us abs didn't want to make issues, but. This week was too much to just allowed for their nasty ways to continue, I called to see if there was still space available for Valentine's I was told yes for no more than 10 guests, I told Aurora that I would call right back with my headcount. Not even 20 seconds later a ride Older woman answered abs tells me rudely that they were sold out, I let her know that I had just hung up with the other lady and she rudely tells me to call back in 10 minutes abs hangs up on me, not an apology not an understanding way of knowing that we have held events there before. I called back and Liz answered the phone who happens to be the owner, again RUDE as can be. After I greeted her and explained what had taken place she simply says, " Here's Aurora" and just hands the phone to the poor girl who at this time has probably been ganged up on, I told her that we have never been treated so nasty and rudely as we gad been by those two other women, Aurora couldn't reply as she is only a poor ant working with these killer bees I told her that this matter would not go just simply into the night. The food was good at one time but with the lack of help is overly salted and cold if you are lucky to get your server to get it to you within an hour. Chef Ramsey and John Taffer would certainly be giving them a scolding, I will tell my friends who frequently go there to stop in the enabling of this nasty behavior. I will certainly book my upcoming events at a classier and elegant event that really cares about their guests and take the extra steps to ensure that ours will be a memorable experience! liz and your counterpart, if you read this, go abs take a class in Customer Service and learn how to properly communicate with your guests and your staff!!!

Four of us went to Pavillion Grille last night (Jan 26th. We arrived early at about 6:15 in order to get a suitable table. They first put us at a table completely to the left of the band and almost behind them. After much discussion with the manager we were ushered to a new table (number 5) in a much better location. The waitress came over to ask for our drink orders and asked where are your menus. Then took two from another table (not 4) as she said they had no more menus,,,,dah. We ordered some wine which was delivered by another staff member. That was the last we saw of here for about 45 minutes. She took food orders at more than 10 other tables when finally we got her attention and she came to our table begrudgingly. Made a foolish remark and said she was very busy. After placing our food order we waited and waited. Finally asking for the manager as it was now about 8 pm. the music had started and we still didn't have our food. She also was a rude and said they were very busy and some kitchen staff didn't show up, as if it was or problem not hers. She said according to her time sheet we only waited one and a half hours, that's all. Well how stupid an answer that was. She returned about 5 minutes later and said the food was coming. Another period of time passed and finally the food came. Totally about 2 hours after we arrived. Well..........my chicken parmesan was burnt, my wife's salmon was cold as was my friend's potatoes and vegetables. One meal was good. We again complained to the manager that not only was the service terrible but the meal also was terrible and we should be compensated. She said and I quote "Well don't pay for the meals and LEAVE NOW". As we were leaving she said and again I quote "Your stealing from us". .......................Sorry for the long dissertation, but in conclusion. This place has rude and uncaring staff, poor service, and questionable food. We will never go there again.

We had my daughter's Bat-Mitzvah party at Pavilion Grille and had an excellent experience. The pricing for a Sunday afternoon party was very affordable and allowed us to have a large party without making other compromises and without going into debt.
