Just ordered 2 pizzas and pasta from here and one of the pizzas was way undercooked. I've been on the phone for 40 minutes now just trying to get in contact with someone from the store while being hung up on constantly.

I ordered delivery and they were 45 minutes late and gave me a completely different order. I called to complain and the staff was so rude and hung up the phone on me. This store should close

Update: I just had the manager call me and argue with me. She did not apologize for the mistake of my order. She also told me that my husband was fine and happy to take the pizza. That was not the case. He was angry and did not want to wait for them to make another pizza. I have never had a place call me and argue with me over their mistake??? She basically called my husband a liar and never apologized for anything.What a disappointment.... We were excited to find a Pizza Hut after all these years. When my husband went to pick up our order he was told, " well, we made a mistake and made a stuffed crust instead of pan. You can wait for a new pizza. He said no and brought home the stuffed crust pizza. I'm not sure why we weren't offered a refund, but I wasn't there to pick up and I placed the order online and paid online. The pizza was terrible! It tasted like cardboard. I also ordered breadsticks that were not cut. They were just bread with cheese on them. At least that taste ok. To say dinner was trash is an understatement.

I picked up a Big Dinner Box and Super Supreme pizza from this location today. The quality and quantity of the food was the best I have had from a pizza hut in years. Folks, when you place an order online, include a tip even if its for carry out. The people making your pizza really appreciate it. Check out the photo. Now THAT'S a Super Supreme!

It would be nice if they acknowledge their customers. The guy in the back ignored me for 8 minutes, and then finally two other employees come from outside. Not good service.

My order came completely wrong, I paid an extra fee for a large pizza with pan dough but it came with a thin pizza, in addition to having ordered a normal pepsi and it came with a cherry pepsi, as I hate cherry. When I called the establishment to complain, they literally laughed in my face and did nothing. I buy pizza hut every two weeks and this has never happened, I'm really very upset. Terrible service, I will never order pizza hut again

Most immature manager and management I have seen the manager Carrier is so rude and racist I call it how I see it. School kids work here and she is a bad influence she talk under her breath at me the whole time I was receiving my order for the bad pizza I received which was uncooked pizza and stale cinnamon sticks she is supposed to be a role model for them. I worked at Burgerfi when I was a teenager it was my first job and if I made a mistake my supervisor and managers would correct me and show me the steps of doing it right not talking under their breath and making jokes out loud about the customers it's sad because I love Pizza Hut and it's the only one in my area and I can't eat there anymore because I'm afraid of what she might do to my food

I placed an order for a pizza, but the pizza arrived wrong and when I called to find out what happened, the attendant "Halley" said that the pizza was there and that if I wanted the pizza I should pick it up. The detail is that I paid $5 for delivery.
I wpuld give a zero star, if I could. Very bad curbside experience. The employee at the store on St. Andrews Boulevard was awful and condescending. The cheese bread was horrible also.I don't plan on ever ordering from there again. Perhaps it's time for management to consider hiring new employees.

I had a very good experience. Service is good and pizza is Pizza Hut pizza !!! I read some reviews before I purchased and cannot understand how anyone could be negative. If I were to have believed them I would not have had a darn good pizza pie. Glad I went !!!

It was very bad, I had a bad feeling as soon as I picked up the pizza. I asked for my pizza and wings to be well done and didn't get it. Moving to boca raton, FL I experience this but when I lived in davie, FL it was already good pizza. The wings were done fresh and fried and pizza was great. Not any more. The store is very dirty and to kids are running the store. That's all the stuff their. The girls were nice but the food was awful. The most concerning thing is how dirty it was in their, and after eating the food and it not being good, well it makes you wonder if it's even sanitary. ? I will not recommend or go back their. May I will call the city and report this place so that inspector could pay them a visit, that's how bad it is. Very concerning.
