Maybe our timing was off. This was not a great visit. I've been here before and it's not been bad it's actually been pretty good. But they had a problem with their computer the day we were there and the food took forever to come out. It candidly it felt like the waitress was more into hanging out with one of them busboys then doing her job. So the service gets a three star. It took a while for the food to come out and when it did it was just okay not great. There's good options in Boca for lunch they need to do better. But then again maybe we caught them on a bad day.

Awful, painfully slow service. Plus both my husband and my meals were either not prepared properly ( his chicken Milanese had the wrong salad on it and my chicken Francese barely had any Francese sauce on it & had no taste. Sent both back. Took a very long time to get them back correctly. The manager comped us on 2 desserts but also took forever to get them and when they came (lemon cheesecake with berries, it tasted very commercial. My husband’s mango sorbet was also just so-so. Best thing we had were the Brussel sprouts appetizer - delicious! Waitress Leslie was very kind & apologetic about the food & the service and said she was going to take this up with management. However, we also heard other tables complaining so think it’s best if we don’t return. Too bad / very pretty inside…

Not a good experience. Service was awful, when asked for things that were needed it took forever to get them. Chicken sandwiches dry,French toast dry ,breakfast burger dry with an almost hard boiled egg on top that should have been runny. Manager took that one off bill.

I am so disappointed with the service, normally I go on a weekly basis however this time put a bad taste in my mouth the food is amazing but the service was disgusting. I understand people go through a lot in their personal lives however you should be treated with respect and have exceptional service. If you go to Prezo don't have the server lysette
New Chef, new (updated) menu, loved the espresso burger and the chaprese sandwich (minus chicken). Don’t forget happy hour at the bar and high-tops. Always worth a visit!!

Sat at the bar for five minutes. Bartender was too busy putting the tips into the POS system never cleaned. The bar was dirty, multiple tables with dirty dishes on them. I just got up and walked out.

A very good place to eat and just relax. The interior, location, staff and food are all top notch. I would especially like to note the work of Karianna - a very sweet, friendly, sociable and open girl ? She treated our children very well, answered all our questions about the menu and gave recommendations, there was always fresh water and a clean table. When our main meals arrived, she came up and asked if we were happy with everything and if we liked everything ☺️ it was nice! Thank you very much. Also, when leaving, my friend forgot her sunglasses. Kar caught up with us (we went far enough ??? because we were carried away by the conversation and did not hear her when she hurried after us))). Overall a warm, friendly place to eat good food and spend time with family.Kid-friendliness: very attentive staff to any children's wishes. Patiently listened and gave advice to our children about drinks and food
