Their staff is full of the most patient (while I decide what I want), absolute sweethearts.I have had difficulty finding great tonkotsu in SoFlo for the past 3 years, and it was only my 3rd time there when I was *very slightly* dissatisfied with it. We all have off nights or trainees, but overall, I would absolutely eat here again.
The place is in a travel-related are but prooved to be a very good choice.I had just a tonkatsu ramen, buns and edamame but they were made quick, clean and no mistakes.Beer selection was very good, though they did not had Kirin at the moment and that was pushing down.Overall, you won't be sorry for eating here

Absolutely delicious 5 stars ⭐️ we get the miso ramen with ground chicken from delray locations and it’s incredible! We sometimes get the gyoza, cali roll or cauliflower all delicious and fresh. If it’s available we get jasmine and butterfly tea as well!
